Dream Outdoor facilities, centrally located, close to beach, W-Lan, 3 bedrooms. 4 pers.

Beautiful completely renovated home in the Canarian style in a central location in a small sleepy fishing village on the north coast of Tenerife. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic outdoor area with a 50m2 terrace with jacuzzi, covered dining area, sun corner and an evergreen flowering garden with barbecue. The very spacious house (240 m2) is on the first floor has a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom with a play area for toddlers and a shower room. On the first floor in the hall a glazed canary gallery overlooking the garden and the sea, the enormous master bedroom with 50 m2, two single bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom with double sinks. An additional roof terrace with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean further invites for sunbathing. A garage with direct access to the house, which opens by remote control, adding to the convenience rounds in this House, and prevents parking problems. Although the house is located just 100 m from the main road, no Einträchtigung is recorded from home or outdoor area. Since the house is located directly on the coast and in low-altitude location, the climate is very mild and stable. Due to the waste disposal, to small supermarkets, bars, restaurants and small stone beach is the perfect place to settle in the fishing village and experience the hospitality of the locals. Hiking and nature lovers through the many trails in the immediate area on your expenses. In particular, the house and especially the outdoor area invites you to relax and unwind but. The heated Jacuzzi enhances summer for refreshment and cooling and in winter for an unforgettable experience. Adjacent is a covered terrace with a large dining table for 6 people, which you can use throughout the year. The lined with lawn garden with many flowering plants and Grill is always very well maintained. An ideal holiday home for families and friends far away from any tourist strongholds.
