Wir waren wirklich beeindruckt! Über die Wintermonate ist es sowieso ruhig am Es Trenc und genau das haben wir gesucht! Weihnachten in einer schönen Villa verbringen, lange Spaziergänge am Strand und die Festtage besinnlich und ruhig geniessen. Insgesamt ist das Haus perfekt. Strand und Hafen in laufreichweite, wunderschöne neue Einrichtung, alles korrekt wie auf den Werbefotos. Netter Empfang bei unserer Anreise durch Herr Corrado (Mitarbeiter der Betreiberfirma). Alles war bestens - Danke! H.K.

Traumhafter Kurztrip nach Mallorca!

Das Wetter war super! Das Haus ebenso! Sehr gut gelegen und genau wie die Bilder es zeigen! In ca. 2 Minuten läuft man zum Port Sa Rapita und gleich danach beginnt der Es Trenc Beach! Lage also perfekt. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstrasse, somit totale Ruhe. Meerblick vom ersten Stock aus und ein schöner Poolbereich und Garten. Alles neu eingerichtet - ein bischen bunt, aber trotzdem geschmackvoll und hochwertig!

Preis-Leistung ist Top! Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

Ein Haus am Meer, Wunderbar!!!

Das Haus übertraf unsere Erwartungen.

Fussläufig zum Traumstrand gelegen, besser geht es kaum.

Es ist mit viel Liebe gemütlich eingerichtet, mit viel Platz im Haus und im großen Garten, der ebenfalls liebevoll angelegt wurde. Der Pool ist ein Traum und die Sitzgruppe neben der Aussendusche ist Perfekt. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren einwadfrei.

Die bequeme Sitzlandschaft im Wohnzimmer haben wir sehr genossen, wenn wir mal nach einem ereignisreichen Tag den Abend vor dem Fernseher verbrachten, der alle deutschen Kanäle hatte.

Die schöne Küche ist sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Überreichlich Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr nebst Gläsern und bietet Platz für einen Esstisch.

Obwohl wir sehr anspruchsvoll sind, gab es nichts zu meckern.

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Vermieter / Verwalter!

The perfect place to spend a relaxing week with family or to share with friends;

The house is totally fitted with high quality furnishing and it's very beautiful (exactly like the pictures), the pool is great and this place is very calm.

The beach is really 3 minutes walk from the house. Restaurants and bars are 5 minutes walk from the house;

The vm ladies (especially Victoria J) are very friendly and serious.

We will go back there beginning 2015! Great location! Thx for all – see you in february!
