From its elevated position, surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy a relaxing view of a landscape of hills and woods in front of Monte Santa Maria Tiberina, a picturesque and intact medieval village. The convenient location, the well-kept garden, a large veranda equipped for outdoor dining and various relaxation areas by the pool and under the trees offer a vacation in total privacy and tranquility. The position on the border with Umbria, Marche and Tuscany is ideal for visiting some interesting cities in central Italy. Città di Castello hosts oenogastronomic festivals and events during the summer. Other places to visit: San Sepolcro 20 km, Cortona 35 km, Gubbio, Perugia and Arezzo 45 km, Assisi 50 km. The house is about 300 m from IUP288 and IUP289, located in a nearby borgo.
