About this property

Wonderful Bay Park Ocean view and Mission Bay view home with private pool and spa. Architecturally interesting home with Designer finishes and state of the Art amenities through out.
The home is 2500 sq feet of interior living space, spread over 3 levels.

The ground floor consist of two guest bedrooms with sliding doors to the Pool and entertaining area . There is a large guest bathroom with separate shower, large tub and double sinks. The bathroom is finished in travertine and has separate door to access the pool area. Each of the two guest bedrooms has a queen size bed, linens, and large walk in closet a wall mounted television. and a split AC/heating unit. Also on the ground level is the Entry Hall and laundry area. See Further Details section for complete details!

The second floor of the home consists of the formal living room which has 10 ft. double french doors that lead to the bay view terrace with an outside seating area to enjoy the views, and the Sea World fireworks! The living room also has a dual sided gas fireplace for your enjoyment.

The formal dining area seats 6 in comfort with large windows overlooking the entry courtyard with beautiful and lush tropical landscaping and a unique fountain.

The kitchen has a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, commercial oven, custom slab granite counters, and a large center island with bar seating. The kitchen adjoins an area with Couch, wall mounted TV, kitchen table that seats 4 and split Ac./heating units. All of this can be enjoyed while overlooking the rear yard, pool and spa.
This second floor Kitchen is connected to the pool and spa by a outdoor custom metal freestanding landing and stair case.

The Pool area has a gas grill, and outdoor seating for dining and entertaining. There are chaise lounges to soak up the sun and floating rafts for the pool.

The Top floor of the home is dedicated as a 'Master Retreat'. It consist of a computer desk area overlooking the entry courtyard with amazing views of the Ocean and Mission Bay. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a mounted TV and split AC/heating unit The 'Master Retreat' also has an adjacent sitting area with a free standing gas fireplace and an adjoining small balcony with double french doors overlooking the rear yard and pool. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower with a window of views to the Ocean and Mission Bay, a double vanity, and a large walk in closet.

Excellent house in an excellent location

We spent 5 days in this house close to Mission Bay. The house is very well equipped, everything is there that you need. It is well located in a nice neighborhood, close to the beach and also close to downtown. We had the house as a base for doing activities in San Diego and it was super nice coming back to the house in the afternoons and relaxing in the backyard by the pool. Just an excellent house in an excellent location. Hope to be back soon.

Beautiful house in a great location in a fab city

We stayed here for a week and the house is really beautiful. The swimming pool and hot tub are great and very relaxing after a day sightseeing in San Diego. The house is very well appointed and decorated and has everything you would need for a vacation. The house is very well located to beaches, shops and all the attractions of San Diego. Ray was very good at keeping in touch and was happy to help with any queries prior to our arrival. I thoroughly recommend you stay here, you will love it, we definitely want to return Tracey, England

san diego home

our family of 5 stayed at this lovely home for 1 week and didnt want to leave the house was in a great location and seaworld, the zoo etc are all 10 minutes drive away we arrived slightly early from LA and the cleaner was still in, she asked if we wanted to sit at the pool while she finished, which I thought was really nice of her and the house was absolutely spotless. there isnt one single thing i could fault on this property, everything about it is perfect. The owners communication was also excellent and we received our safety deposit cheque within 1 week of our return. I would recommend this house to anyone

Great house and location

The house is in a very nice neighbourhood and it's furnished to a high standard. We're a family of four from the UK and we stayed for four nights in August 2010. The location is good - close to all the main attrcations and easy to locate. The booking experience and assistance from the owners was great and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting San Diego.

Fantasic home in excellent location

I have just returned from a week long vacation in San Diego, and wanted to highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Having been in various hotels for the previous 8 nights, our family of 5 was looking forward to the space and freedom that the home would offer , and we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived at the house and were greeted by the floodlit fountains, we we knew this was going to be an excellent week. Everything in the home was immaculate and the pictures on the website (although excellent) do not do the house justice. It was much more spacious than expected and everything you could possibly have wanted was included. The home entertainment system was fantastic as was the pool and spa, which was used extensively all week ! San Diego is a beautiful city and this home is ideally located to take in all the sights. We wouldn't hesitate to return again and can't recommend this place highly enough.
