Duplex Apartment on the 3rd and 4th floor in Park Slope Brooklyn.

The duplex apartment features an open living/dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Cable TV and computer with internet access are available for your use. The building is wireless enabled. There are 4 bedrooms furnished with either queen-sized and/or twin-sized beds. There are two full bathrooms, one on each floor. Each room has its own private entrance.

The F, M, and R subways are only 3 blocks or 5 minutes walk away. Convenient to downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan. Near dining and shopping areas.

Owners live on premise.

Great Place to Stay -- Convenient Location!

This place exceeded our expectations. George was great! He greeted us when we arrived and took us on a tour of the neighborhood so we'd know where to shop, do laundry (if necessary), eat, and take the subway. The house comfortably sleeps eleven people (we were a group of twelve and brought an air mattress for the extra person). The kitchen and living room area were spacious for the whole group to enjoy. The price was very reasonable, and the house was spotless. The subway was only three blocks away. We were a convenient twenty minutes away from such sights as the Statue of Liberty and the 9/11 Memorial. We were about thirty-five minutes from Times Square. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. All-in-all the "church ladies from Minnesota" had a great stay in New York, and I'd highly recommend this to family and friends.

Good bedrooms and bathrooms

This is a fairly basic rental in the public spaces, kitchen and living room, but the bedrooms are well equipped and most are spacious. The bathrooms have been redone and are also spacious. It was great for our group of 9 people in Brooklyn for a family event.
Local parking a bit difficult, but there is a reasonable local car park nearby.
The owners are very responsive and helpful. We had left some
things in the apartment, and they called us to let us know and posted the items to us. Really appreciated that!

great location and bargain

This apartment isn't fancy but it is nice and clean. The new bed linens and towels were especially fantastic. It has a lot of space for a big crowd (there are actually 4 bedrooms, one is small and has a twin only) and worked perfectly our extended family which included 8 adults and 3 kids. It is located very close to the F, G, and R trains which will take you directly to anywhere in Manhattan and to the rest of Brooklyn. Having a computer with internet access was also a bonus. We had a great time. Thanks!
