As a guest, you'll enjoy comfortable seating areas furnished with high-quality brands like Ralph Lauren, Room & Board, and C&B. The well-equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, stocked with all the essentials.

The great room, with its cozy fireplace and expandable dining table, is perfect for relaxation and memorable conversations. Entertainment options are abundant with a 65” LG smart tv and Xfinity WiFi throughout the property.

Two ground-floor bedrooms with queen beds share a screened-in porch leading to the pool and hot tub. These rooms share a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. In the bathroom is a washer/dryer for your convenience. A highlight of the property is the pool ready in July 2024. Ready for your visit now is the six-person hot tub in the forested area, complete with LED lights for added luxury.

2023 Thanksgiving in Union Pier

We had a great 3-night stay. Living room and dining room were comfortable and spacious for our group of six to gather, chat, laugh, play games, and eat. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable with many windows to let in the light. Kitchen appliances and outdoor grill worked well and had all the utensils you would need. Outdoors were nice and natural with a family of deer and many trees. The hot tub worked well and was relaxing to gaze at the squirrels and tree tops and blue sky. Location was great: easy access to Round Barn and St. Julian wineries, public beach about 1 mile, and several nice restaurants and bakeries in town.

Lovely home and location

This is a well loved property nestled in the middle of mature trees. The pond and fountain outside of the screened outdoor room is just wonderful. Sitting there, taking in the outdoor sounds, having a glass of wine is worth the price of admission. The hot tub just added to the experience. The location is great for exploring local beaches and shops.

Great get away!

Cozy house convenient to downtown Union Pier and New Buffalo. Hot tub was great and well kept. Family room was wonderful space for our family!

Woodsy setting for dune land visit

We enjoyed a well stocked kitchen and family room area to entertain. However the grill was quite dirty, did not light easily so didn’t use. The sump pump ran throughout the night so that fans were necessary during night to drown out the noise.
