There are three double bedrooms, two of them with an en suite bathroom, as well as a guest bathroom. A spacious lounge and dining area leads out onto the terrace area which has spectacular views over the golf course. There is an extra terrace at the rear of the apartment to guarantee you sun all day long. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a utility room. The underground parking is secure and can be accessed by a lift to the apartment. br / br /The accommodation overlooks the whole of the Rio Real Golf Course and is just five minutes from one of the most famous beaches on the Costa del Sol. Marbella and Puerto Banus where you will find an abundance of exclusive restaurants and designer shops are both within a 15 minute drive. The apartment is ideally located for many different golf courses. Great restaurants, both on the beach and nearby, offer a range of cuisines. For instance there is a great beach restaurant only 1 km away. Malaga airport is a 40 minute drive, and the popular tourist destination of Fuengirola with its regular train service to Malaga city and airport only 25 minutes.
