This property, in which the boarding Paola di Rosa is located, is a legacy of the Boskovic family, known by the writer Anica Boskovic (1714-1804) and his brother Ruder Boskovic. In 2010, the Sisters of the Good Order have renovated part of the property as part of a project and modernized for educational purposes for young people. The sisters do business today with this property and live nearby. The property is located in the core area of the Old Town of Dubrovnik, close to local beaches. The complex consists of a north and south buildings, where in the middle of an open amphitheater with a summer cinema is ideal for hours of fun in the group. On offer is the North Building. If required, the offer may be extended to the southern part. Overall, then, 75 people (North Building and the South Building ground floor), or 93 people (North Building ground floor and 1st floor in the South Building inclusive), or 110 people (full capacity of the property) space. At your disposal are a sports hall for indoor soccer, basketball, badminton, volleyball etc. as well as a hall with 4 table tennis tables and a ballet hall. A conference room for 110 people with projector and excellent acoustics and a small meeting room for 30 people. Internet room with 10 computers and living room with satellite TV. A large terrace with a swing and a trampoline and even a covered terrace, both with sea views. All rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with fire alarms and alarm.
