The cottage stands together with the owner's house on a small island and is surrounded by the private lake and forest. The connection from the island to the land is via a dam. The interior is simple, practical and solid. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Sitting on the terrace, you will feel very close to the lake. You will be offered a wonderful green ambience outdoors close to the water. If you like to swim in the East Lake, it is only about 12 kilometers to get there. Guests can use 2 round boats for free, also fishing in this lake is included. Coal central heating is served by the owner. Access to the upper floor from the outside. 2 carports are at your disposal.

Ein sehr schönes Objekt umgeben von Wald und Wasser. Der Vermieter wohnt sehr nah am Ferienhaus und kann einem auf den Teller schauen. Pool ist benutzbar, Grillplatz super, Boote benutzbar. Auf Nachfrage auch Tischtennis möglich. Sehr nette Vermieter. Eine Sache gehört aber unbedingt in die Beschreibung ...jeden Samstag finden hier Feiern statt ...der Partyraum ist genau unter der Ferienwohnung und somit dementsprechend laut. Eine Hochzeit dauert hier 2 Tage. Einige Möbel sollten dringend repariert werden...Verletzungsgefahr!!!....Abflüsse funktionieren nur teilweise und Wasserdruck fehlt manchmal komplett. Im großen und Ganzen ein wunderschöner Fleck aber eher für Angler oder anspruchslose Reisende.
