On a hillside with panoramic views across the Upper Tiber Valley, this stylish country house, about 2 km from Sansepolcro is located, the place of origin of the early Renaissance painter Piero della Francesca. The lower level leads to the partly covered panoramic terrace (pizza oven!) adjacent, there is a large tavern with arches, an open fireplace and a professional kitchen. In the upper part - with a separate ground level entrance from the mountain side - are most of the bedrooms, each with private bath, some even with their own kitchenette. The comfortable interior is made of plain chestnut wood in peasant style and fits perfectly to the cotto and / or natural stone floors and beamed ceilings. Laterally adjacent the large pool with its panoramic terrace - from where you can also look at this House, it is on all sides by charming appeal. (Ideal for painting groups!). The house is part of a 300 acre property with several privately situated small houses (S. ITA186, ITA266 and ITA331) and deer running wild - an experience especially for children! In addition, it is worth visiting the nearby towns of Sansepolcro, Anghiari and Città di Castello. Baby bed and cook service on request. Swimming towels can be hired. Unpaved road. The property is not served by a large bus.
