The garden is fenced by a hedge and lets you enjoy a lot of privacy. Furnished terrace facing south. Well-kept and comfortable furnishings. An interesting canoe route and a bike path start right behind the house. Take a walk along the beautiful sandy beaches in Julianadorp aan Zee. This beautiful village is located between the popular town of Callantsoog and the port city of Den Helder. Here you will find an attractive recreational area with dunes, beach, sea and a varied landscape. In the immediate vicinity of Julianadorp aan Zee there are beautiful recreational opportunities. Komfort

Schöner und von außen uneinsehbarer Garten. Schlaf- und Badezimmer zu klein, zu wenig Stauraum für Gepäck, Fernseher konnte nicht genutzt werden, unsicheres WLAN, kein Backofen, keine Mikrowelle, keine Sitzauflagen für die Gartenstühle.

Nicht buchen!!! Schlimmer Schimmelbefall in allen Schlafräumen

Das war unser schlimmster Urlaub: das Haus ist ganz schlimm verschimmelt. Alle Schlafräume weisen an den Wänden starken Schimmelbefall auf. Bei Beschwerde hat der Besitzer uns angegriffen. Der Vermittler hat sich doof gestellt! Auf keine Fall buchen!

zuviele Unzulänglichkeiten

Vorab, das Ferienhaus ist zwar alt, aber neu gestrichen und einfach aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind gut und nicht durchgelegen. Lage: Etwa auf halben Weg zwischen Julianadorp und dem Meer. Ausstattung: Wie beschrieben und doch ein No-Go. Geschirr ist zwar ausreichend vorhanden, aber es lässt sich noch nicht einmal ein Frühstückstisch für 4 Personen mit dazu gehörenden Tassen eindecken. Küchenmesser sind vorhanden aber alle stumpf. Ein seperater Kleinbackofen ist vorhanden,, aber so alt, dass die Frontklappe nicht mehr einrastet, sondern vollständig nach unten klappt, so dass das Bedienfeld nach außen gedrückt wird und die Drehregler abspringen. Neben einem Rost und einem Blech ist eine Auflaufform vorhanden. diese ist aber zu groß für den Ofen. Elektrik-Beleuchtung: Die Deckenlampe in der Küche war defekt. Nach Auskunft der Vermieter als Folge eines Wasserschadens im Dach. Im Lampenschalter war die einzige Steckdose in der Küche integriert. Leider hörte man in der Steckdose immer ein leichtes "britzeln" und die Löcher in der Dose waren schwärzlich..Wir haben darauf hingewiesen aber es hat niemand etwas unternommen. In einem der 3 Zimmer gab es nur das Deckenlicht und einen Doppelstecker mittig auf Rupmfhöhe über dem Bett. Auf der zum Zimmer gehörenden Komode stand eine Tischleuchte, diese war aber nicht angeschlossen, da kein Stecker vorhanden. In einem anderen Zimmer gab es zwar Steckdosen und eine funktionierende Tischleuchte, dafür kein Deckenlicht und man musste aus dem Bett aufstehen wenn man das Licht abendsausschalten wollte. Nachttisch- bzw. Leselampen gab es in keinem der Zimmer. Heizung: die Heizung war nicht entlüftet. Jede Nacht, wenn es kälzer wurde sprang die Heizung ordnungsgemäß an. Direkt danach entstand in den Rohrleitungen ein sehr lautes Klopfgeräusch (wie eintropfender Wasserhahn in einer Stahlspüle, nur mehrfach so laut. Da die Heizung über Nacht mehrfach anspringt fanden meine Familie und ich keinerlei ruhigen Schlaf. Obwohl der Mangel direkt gemeldet wurde und die Eigentümer ebenfalls auf dem Gelände waren hat sich niemand während unseres Aufenthaltes darum gekümmert. Grundstück: hoch eingewachsen, mit kleiner Fläche vor der Terasse und mit Gartentor. Für kleinere Kinder sehr gut geeignet.Die überdachte Terasse ist schön, und so ausgerichtet, dass sie viel Sonne bietet. Haus nur über sehr unebenen "Feldweg" zu erreichen. Vorsicht Fahrzeug kann aufsetzen. Kein eigener Parkplatz zugeordnet.
