Well-maintained vacation home in Castalla, an originally preserved village on a mountain plateau, but with all the necessary amenities. The spacious layout in the house, as well as the pool with wonderful sun terrace will delight you. Enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains from the sheltered roof terrace. The property is divided on three different levels. From the house level you access the large outdoor terrace and then to the pool area. A little further down is a smaller garden. Within walking distance of the urbanization Castalla International there is a bar and a restaurant, but it is not always open.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.

Absolutely loved the villa it had everything we needed for a week of relaxation we will return
Ww arrived early so called Ray the key holder to see if we could gain earlier entry to the villa, he obliged so we managed to get in unpacked & settled in time to relax by the pool before the sunset. We loved how the villa was very well equiped & had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace every morning whilst taking in the breath taking views of the mountains. We relaxed by the pool & enjoyed having lunch under the gazebo by the pool in the shade. The fact that the villa was only 25 minutes away from the airport & the marina was perfect for us. We loved that the villa had a washing machine so we did our washing as we went along which is nice to home with clean clothes. The local bar “No Problem” was a great little bar with Ollie as your host very cheap food & drink. Overall we loved our first experience of a villa holiday & would highly recommend this villa to anyone, thank you for sharing your home with us we will return. Stuart & Paula Martin from England.

Maison propre et belle vue mais points négatifs : - Avancer 15e/jour environ pour l'eau, électricité et gaz à l'arrivée (non inclus dans le prix) - Piscine froide et non chauffée (je paye une prestation dont je ne profite pas !) - Pas de petits commerces à proximité ni de transports (véhicule indispensable !) - Pas de chaînes TV internationales ni de WiFi (je dois encore payer !) - Pas de poubelle ni de petit meuble de rangement dans la salle de bain (je dois poser mes affaires sur les WC) Toutefois, environs superbes (châteaux de Castalla et Petrer, plages d'Alicante, ville d'Alcoy ...).
