Kiahuna Plantation is the only beach-front property on Poipu Beach. White sands, palm tree shaded grassy areas, state of the art gas grills, complementary towels and beach chairs are all standard fare. Relax on the beach or go boogie boarding. Snorkeling is seconds away. If you prefer the shade, there's a beautiful shaded grassy area to enjoy.
Our condo is completely remodeled with dramatic granite counters, white cabinets, tiled and glass shower, over-sized tiled floor. All new designer furniture. All new TVs and appliances. Wireless modem. Stereo with iPod connections. New lanai furniture. Completely equipped for a very comfortable stay. Pool and tennis courts across the street, at no charge.
Our family has been vacationing at Kiahuna for over 20 years. We'd go back every spring break during our kids' vacations. Now our kids are grown and we were fortunate to be able to purchase 2 units. We still love going. Our kids love going. We are now ablt to enjoy sharing it with our guests.

We had a wonderful time, the weather was great all the time we were there, and your "home" was wonderful, thank you for the opportunity and we will stay again.
We have been visiting Kiahuna Plantation for years, and love this unit. It's updated, comfortable, bright, breezy, and has access to a nice lawn area, right out the back door. The beach is a short walk across the perfectly manicured lawns, and is a great spot for swimming, snorkeling, and surfing a beginner-friendly wave. People who stay at Kiahuna congregate on the lawn for the sunset, and everyone's happy to be there. We've met lots of great friends returning each year. When we're on vacation, we like to feel like we're living in Hawaii, and this unit just feels like home. Bonuses: the laundry facility is just a short walk from this unit, parking is right outside the door (but you don't hear it), and it's right by the check-in front desk if you need anything. There are shops and restaurants across the street (an easy walk), and a pool and new fitness facility also across the street. We feel like this spot—and unit—has everything for a truly relaxing vacation.
This condo exceeded our expectations. Super location, privacy, cleanliness, comfort, spaciousness, convenient parking, stars while walking on the beach and accessability. Hope to return.
This is a lovely condo! The location is great with it's beautiful, private lanai that we shared only with some chickens. Parking is very convenient, and the condo is within easy walking distance of Poipu Shopping Village with very good restaurants and shopping, several beaches, including Poipu Beach Park, and the pool and fitness center across the street from the complex. The condo is well-appointed and very comfortable, (The only thing we didn't have in the kitchen was an ice cream scoop.) We wondered how well we'd sleep without air conditioning, but the fans were fine, the bed great, and we slept like babies!
We would definitely stay here again if we ever have the chance to come back to this amazing island.
Your condo surpassed our expectations with the layout, cleanliness, and proximity to the beach. We appreciated all the details in the design and furnishings which made it feel like home.

There are many restaurants nearby and the shopping area across the street is most convenient....for the Poipu Beach area, this is the place to stay!
We honeymooned here for 4 nights and felt we picked the perfect property. The unit is in great shape, is pretty private as an end unit, and has lots of great windows/shutters to feel the cool relaxing tradewinds come through the condo. Plenty of bathroom counter space (which isn't always the case), good shower, comfortable furnishings, nice kitchen, and big king bed. The location is perfectly central for Poipu - we walked and ran the heritage trail along the coast a few times and loved checking out the different resorts and neighborhoods along that route. We walked barely 1 block to go next door to Koa Kea for drinks, and loved the restaurant on the other side of the plantation property: Plantation Gardens. While the unit is nice and private and you don't really see your neighbors, you can hear your neighbors if they speak loudly (or have kids) due to all the open windows and close proximity. If you're a light sleeper, know that when it rains hard, the noises on/around the building are pretty loud (drains and such) - it woke us up a couple times. The walk to the beautiful beach is probably only 200 steps, and the beach is gorgeous - great for swimming, watching the sunset, watching surfers, and walking around to the various adjoining beaches and resorts. We may just be more used to Maui rates, but the only reason I don't give this property 5 stars is that the rate still seemed a tiny bit high for being a garden view with a small closed-in lanai (that got pretty soggy & messy with some rain), particularly since there was an additional $91 cleaning fee that the property management company charged upon checkout (it was in the fine print that we agreed to - we just overlooked it too easily when we were initially comparing resorts and prices).
We stayed for a week at your lovely condo. The unit was nicely decorated and the openness of the unit made it great for cooking meals while entertaining. The bushes and Plumeria trees around the lanai provide for both privacy and a tropical feel. We were there during the heat wave and we were glad that the lanai had shade in the afternoon...a perfect place for dining or happy hour.
We always enjoy our visits to Kiahuna. Now, we have the perfect condo in which to return.
