Casa Verano is central and yet far from any tourism!

A very well equipped apartment is located in the Casa Verano, the little summer paradise. The detached house in a quiet residential area of San Sebastian de la Gomera offers stylish luxury for a perfect holiday. Relax and sunbathe undisturbed on the spacious terrace with lawn and a dip in the pool (private use). Have a barbecue at the provided electric grill.

The modern, well equipped kitchen, living room with a small library (hiking guides & novels), two bedrooms inlcuding heating and two bathrooms on the ground floor of the villa. The upstairs apartment is sporadically used by the owners, but ist not used, when the holiday apartment ist rent.

Within walking distance of a small supermarket and a restaurant (500 m), as a beautiful beach (popular snorkeling spot and fishing district) is 10 minutes away.

Attractive, spacious and comfortable house in a peaceful location.

The house is located is a peaceful part of La Gomera about 20 min walk from the centre. It's a lovely space to relax with an attractive garden and pool . There is a shop about 7 minutes walk away and you could dine at the Parador which is nearby. La Gomera is a beautiful island, wonderful for hikes or just enjoying the spectacular scenery.

Excellent accommodation on a lovely island

The accommodation has practically everything one would want from holiday accommodation. Very well equipped, with everything clearly marked from instructions on using the awning and use of the washer. Accommodation was well maintained and spotlessly clean. It is situated in a quite location just outside San Sebastian, at the top of a hill/cliff. Very peaceful, with a local supermarket 10 minutes leisurely walk away. We really enjoyed our stay. Couple of areas for improvement. We feel the bed mattresses could be improved and the bedding lacked proper pillows. We knew that there would not be internet access, but this would be a plus. If it is there you can choose not to use it. If it is not there you have to seek out an alternative. These comment should not detract from an excellent home which we thoroughly enjoyed. We hope to return to La Gomera and this will be high on out list of potential places to stay.

Hervorragend Unterkunft

Sofort wohl gefühlt, perfekter Zustand und Einrichtung. Absolut ruhig gelegen, lieber mit Mietwagen (sowieso auf der Insel erforderlich), der Fußweg vom Zentrum ist sportlich, da es nur aufwärts geht. Eins der Doppelbetten quietscht arg hat uns nichts ausgemacht, da wir nur zu zweit waren. Ansonsten auch für 4 Personen reichlich Platz, auch auf der sonnigen Terasse und im Pool. Kontakt zur Betreuung vor Ort sehr freundlich, sofort erreichbar und mit guten Tipps. Fazit: Bestens weiterempfohlen

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt oben am Hang in der zweiten Reihe - aber man kann sogar das Meer sehen. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - drinnen und draußen. Es gab mehrere Sitzbereiche, Liegen und der Swimmingpool war für mich als Norddeutsche nicht zu kühl - ich hatte meinen Platz an der Sonne im Januar!

Entspannter Urlaub in sehr schönem Haus in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir waren 2 Wochen, im Dezember 2023 /Januar 2024, dort und haben alles so vorgefunden, wie im Buchungsportal beschrieben, eigentlich noch schöner. Hervorheben möchten wir die gemütliche und wohnliche Einrichtung des Hauses, die bestens ausgestattete Küche, das tolle Grundstück mit dem schönen Pool und den vielen sonnigen und schattigen Plätzen, die nette und hilfreiche Kommunikation mit der Ansprechpartnerin - Hannah, den traumhaften Ausblick mit u.a. tollen Sonnenaufgängen und die herrliche Ruhe dort. Auch das Wetter war perfekt, bei sehr viel Sonnenschein und im Durchschnitt 23°C - 24°C. Wir hatten in der Zeit einen Mietwagen und haben so gut die Insel erkunden können. Auch die Ausgangspunkte für einige sehr schöne Wanderungen ließen sich so unkompliziert erreichen. Die Insel ist ja ein echtes Wanderparadies. Die Straßen der Insel befinden sich übrigens in sehr gutem Zustand. Vielen Dank noch einmal. Wir haben alles sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Evelyn & Christian
