Villa Conca D'Oro - Exclusive and quiet garden villa in the Italian style, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees. A property with character and charm only a few minutes away from the beaches.
There is the magnificent Villa Conca d'Oro, which is framed by countless centuries-old olive trees that reach to the sea halfway between the White City of Ostuni and the sea. The generously designed villa is situated on a large, secluded property, which is characterized by a beautiful garden, which equals almost a park. In this Mediterranean garden with a lawn, see, inter alia, palm trees of various kinds, olive and pomegranate trees, weeping willows, a pine tree and a fig tree, it bloom bougainvillea, oleander, Pampas, myrtles as well as capers, rosemary and lavender bushes. Lemon, orange and mandarin trees line the driveway (plenty of parking available). Terracotta pots and stone benches underline the typical ambience. A cobbled stone path leads you directly to the great porch of the house where you can also dine in the shade
Garden furniture and a porch swing invite you to relax, a characteristic stone barbecue for beautiful outdoor barbecues, of course, is also available. From the roof (flat roof), which is reached by a spiral staircase, you can see some of the sea.
Via the terrace you enter the extremely large and cozy living and dining room of the house. This decorate pictures and ceramic plates on the walls as well as personal mementos. A large fireplace, an antique cabinet and a beautiful glass table add to the charm of the property. The modern, adjoining kitchen is open and very well equipped. The charming villa is built on 2 levels. The ground floor also includes a bedroom, a bathroom and a storage room. In the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms (one with air-condition hot & cold) and a bathroom with shower. Washing machine, ironing board and iron available to the guest also available.
The owner family lives every year from July (or August - negotiable) until early September, even in the villa.
Just minutes to the ocean.
To the sea, more specifically to the stunning beaches and coves of Costa Merlata, Santa Lucia and Torre Pozzella there are only about 4-5 km. There are sandy and rocky beaches.

Ostuni, especially the old town with its winding streets - worth seeing during the day and when the sunlight shines in the evening when it is illuminated -; Grottaglie, the city of ceramics; Martina Franca; Monopoli with its charming harbor; Castel del Monte, Trani and Giovinazzo near Bari; Bari to shopping (!); the nearby and characterized by its myriad Trulli Itria Valley (la Itria) with the places Locorotondo (also known for its wine) and Alberobello; in southern Apulia the charming Baroque city of Lecce (the "Florence of the South") and the entire Salento.
