Casa Leo is a lovely, well maintained house, away from the dream beach in El Palmar situated on a quiet road only about 500 meters. It has a completed approx 800sqm of land with well-kept garden, covered terrace and garden furniture and a brick built barbecue. In 10 minutes you are on the pristine sandy beach of El Palmar, where you can also directly can settle in a bar-restaurant for breakfast or the first morning coffee.

Casa Leo is a detached family house with 3 bedrooms. 2 with 2 single beds and one with a French bed. It has a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, bide, washstand and bathroom cabinet. A fully equipped kitchen with seating for breakfast and access to the garden, where the seating invites you under the thatched roof for dinner or coffee. All of the ingredients of a large refrigerator about washing machine, cooker and microwave. In the living room there is a dining area for up to 6 people.

In the living area you can make yourself comfortable on the sofas and listen to music or enjoy television of all possible countries. When it gets colder times it lends itself to operate at the open fireplace. Further heating facilities in the house are available. You can park their cars right in front of the house,

From the roof terrace you have a magnificent view to the Coniler harbor and on the other side with a clear view to Morocco.

El Palmar is located directly on the seafront between Conil de la Frontera and Canos de Meca, the community has one of the most beautiful sandy beaches far and wide. Some bars and restaurants, two small supermarkets, two butchers, a fishmonger and a pharmacy shall ensure that there is no residents and tourists to nothing. Many small chalets, typical Spanish fincas, farms and the ubiquitous beauty of nature permeate the place.

Only 15 kilometers away from El Palmar, there are several well-maintained golf courses and riding stables with educational lessons. Throughout the year, are day and half-day tours on horseback in the hilly hinterland possible in low season and long rides on the beach.

Miles of sandy beaches with rolling sand dunes, cliffs, pine forests and a picturesque hinterland dominate the region. Crisp, clean air, intense colors and the unobstructed views of mainly original nature frees your mind and enchant locals and visitors again and again.

In the surroundings of El Palmar, there are many attractions, including the magnificent Seville (150 km), which features a myriad of sightseeing opportunities and invites for a stroll in the Moorish-Andalusian experience. Jerez de la Frontera (70 km), the birthplace of sherry, offers countless sherry bodegas, the world-famous Royal Riding School and fabulous patios that tell of the prosperity of this city. Cadiz (30 km) is the oldest city in Europe. You delighted with their originality, winding old streets, as well as your exposed position on a promontory. Only 15 km away from El Palmar away is the White Mountain village of Vejer de la Frontera. The whitewashed with lime town with its winding streets, located beyond the surrounding coastal villages on a small mountain, definitely worth a visit. The other small white mountain villages that flank of the mountains away inland to the romantic town of Ronda the way to seduce with your charm.
