The corner-bungalow “La Alhaja” is located on a little hill with excellent sea view in the Comunidad “Florida Park”, a small estate of residential holiday homes in a quiet, park type area with a large swimming pool in the centre. The town and the beaches can be reached in 15 – 20 min. walking distance; the next restaurant is only 200 m away. The upper part has 2 bedrooms for 4 people, a bathroom and a living room with American kitchen, in total 73 sq m. The lower part has an additional apartment (39 sq m) which can also be rented, or it stays empty and closed. It consists of 1 bedroom (2 people) with TV- corner, bathroom and kitchen. In addition, there are several terraces, a carport and a subtropical garden with two small fish ponds. The house is equipped with:

central heating, Sat-TV, radio with CD-player,internet/Wi-Fi, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee - machine, microwave, toaster, several ventilators, flat-iron etc.. Pets are in general not allowed! Assistance in situ!

Beautiful house - relaxing holiday

La Alhaja is a lovely house with ample space for a family and additional accomodation below. The gardens are well-maintained and the perfect place to spend an evening sat overlooking the town in the valley below. With easy access to the central pool and gardens, the town itself and the beaches, it is perfectly placed for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The service is outstandingly friendly and reliable, so much so that this was our second visit La Alhaja and I am sure that it will not be long before we are back again!

Großzügige Ferienwohnung mit allem Drum und Dran

Gerne empfehlen wir das Ferienhaus Alhaja weiter! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, super betreut und für alle Belange war gesorgt, TV-Radio-WLAN, Küche mit Backofen und Gasherd, Waschmaschine, gepflegte Anlage mit Garten und Fischteich, waren unsere Highlights. Der Meerblick ist natürlich sagenhaft, die Umgebung herrlich grün und "landestypisch". Besonders gefallen hat mir auch die "luftige" Deckenhöhe, für mich als großer Mensch sehr angenehm und der persönliche Kontakt zu den überaus zuvorkommenden Vermietern.

Sehr schönes, gut eingerichtes Ferienhaus

3 Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus, 2 Erw. 2 Kinder, komplettes Haus, wegen dem 2. Bad sehr praktisch: sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter; gut ausgestattetes, durchdachtes Ferienhaus, es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht: Ventilatoren in allen Zimmern, Türstopper, damit die Türen nicht knallen, Mixer, Toaster, Knoblauchpresse und ko, Sonnenschirme, Liegen, Schnakennetze, Bücher, Spiele, alles wie in der Hausbeschreibung ...; schöner Meerblick; gepflegte Poolanlage... Was will man mehr? Auch wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir verlebten 4 ruhige und entspannte Monate in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Das Haus ist in einem sehr gepflegtem Zustand und gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieterehepaar Rosi und Klaus war ausgezeichnet und wir fühlten uns familiär aufgenommen. Von der Wohnung aus hat man einen herlichen Blick auf das Meer. Wir können den Bungalow "La Alhaja" ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen. Wir selber haben ihn für den nächsten Winter schon wieder gebucht.

Wir verlebten 3 ruhige und entspannte Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus.Der Kontakt zum Vermieterehepaar war ausgezeichnet, wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal, um dort wieder unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Moraira ist ein wunderschöner Ort, nicht überlaufen. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Haus in sehr gepflegtem Zustand und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und zuverlässige Vermieter. Balkon mit Meerblick und zu Fiestazeiten hervorragender Blick auf außerordentlich schöne Feuerwerke am Hafen von Moraira. Große Terasse im Garten mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen vorhanden. Swimmingpool 3 Min. Fußweg vom Ferienhaus entfernt. Strand in ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen (somit keine Parkplatzprobleme). Supermärkte innerhalb von 5 Min. per Kfz. zu erreichen. Auch Sonntags bis 15:00 Uhr geöffnet (Hochsaison). Kleiner Freizeitpark für Kinder, Innenstadt mit Restaurants und Geschäften ebenfalls nach 15 Min. Fußweg zu erreichen.

Moraira, a former fisher village, is located at a small cove between Valencia (120 km) and Alicante (100 km), surrounded by little hills covered with pine and almond trees and vines. The city, without any skyscrapers, shows the typical Mediterranean, Spanish environment with many little shops, restaurants, cafes and bars distributed around the yacht harbour. Several beach inlets (sand+gravel) and the hilly hinterland (25 km) offer various possibilities of recreation.
