Tolles Haus, leider mangelte es an der Ausstattung

Das Haus ist schön, sehr großzügig und relativ modern. In ca. 5 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den schönen Strand. Leider gab es am Haus einige Mängel: Schimmel in Schlafzimmer und zum Atrium, Ausstattung war leider kaum vorhanden, nur 4 Messer, keine Putzutensilien (Lappen etc., der Boden war extrem schmutzig, es war lediglich ein Besen vorhanden), Küche insgesamt (Backofen funktioniert nicht, Kaffeemaschine schimmlig und nicht nutzbar, kein Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeekanne, Pfanne kaputt etc.)

Haus wäre an sich sehr schön a...

Haus wäre an sich sehr schön aber die Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit sind die reinste Katastrophe. Öl tropfte vom Dampfabzug, schmieriger Ölfilm hinter Kochnische und an Hinterwand, 1 Licht war defekt beim Dampfabzug. Sämtliche Duschabläufe waren verstopft, gab beim duschen beinahe Überschwemmung. Mussten zuerst alle Böden nass aufnehmen. Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Die Fenster waren ebenfalls nicht sauber, haben wir aber nicht geputzt. Ich mach nicht Ferien zum putzen. Mit 7 Kindern echt mühsam!!!

Haus und Garten o.k. Einrichtung o.k. außer Haus war für Gäste nur mangelhaft vorbereitet - Keine schriftlichen Unterlagen in Deutsch für Abläufe im Haus - Küche: unzureichende Aus-stattung - Gasherd, Backofen und Spüler in der Küche nicht angeschlos-sen - Küchengeräte und Geschirr fehlten;Geschirr zusammengesammelt teilweise angestoßen/kaputt - wurden auf Nachfrage nachgeliefert, kein TV, erst nach neuer Installation i.O., Toiletten defekt, Liegen defekt,
