Located in the new development of Silversage, this wonderful home is minutes away from SolVista Ski Resort and two golf courses: Headwaters at SolVista and Grand Elk. The central location of this home allows easy access to all of Grand County’s attractions. Hot Sulphur Springs, our best kept secret, is a 15 minute drive. Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts are a 25 minute drive or you can take a free ski bus that comes to our property. There are miles of nordic skiing terrain within short distances at SolVista , Snow Mountain Ranch, or Devil’s Thumb Resort. Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain, and Lake Granby are 15 minutes away

Nearby summer activities include nearly all forms of water recreation: boating, water-skiing, sailing, jet-skiing, fishing, swimming, as well as kayaking and rafting on the adjoining three lakes and their tributaries. Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapahoe National Forest provide miles of hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling trails, as well as unparalleled wildlife watching opportunities. There are several golf courses in the area: Grand Lake's 18 hole public golf course just north of Grand Lake Village, Headwaters at Granby Ranch, Grand Elk, and Pole Creek. Other fun things include Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater Company performances at the community center of Grand Lake, Jazz Festival in Winter Park, horseback riding, historical homesteads and ghost towns, museums, great restaurants, antique stores, and much, much, more!

The views of the Continental Divide, the valley, and the railroad are unbeatable. The great room with a gas fireplace, a large screen TV, and a huge open kitchen is warm and inviting. The home features in-floor radiant heat with separate climate zones which makes it very warm comfortable for everyone.

Our children and two grandsons had a great time over Spring Break staying in Silversage 1. This home doesn't look particularly large or interesting from the outside. What a delightful surprise when we saw the huge living/dining/kitchen area! Lots of windows, fun hot tub for the kids, completely outfitted play room and the most comfortable beds ever. I would suggest, however, that the deck be built and the stairs to the front door finished. I would recommend this property to a friend.

This house was perfect! We had two families with 5 kids between us in the house, and it met our needs perfectly! The kids used the game room a ton and skiing and other activities are very close by. We will definitely stay again.

I go to Granby annually for a ski trip with my family. I have stayed at many different places but this one by far was the best. It is only a few minutes from the mountain, it is the most private one I have stayed at and has all the ammendities. Would highly recommend.

Perfect home away from home!

This house is a great home away from home. Almost everything we needed was already there! The only things we bought were a few cleaning supplies (dish soap, clorox wipes, etc). The kitchen appliances are VERY nice and it is stocked with every pot, pan, dish, utensil you could need. The washing machine is large capacity and very convenient! The game room was a lifesaver for the older kids and there were tons of games (electronic & board) for everyone. We had plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, etc. I don't think anyone ever ran out of hot water either? The floor plan is great - we had 12 people, all adults, yet never felt cramped or crowded. The hot tub is nice and everything you need to care for it is right there handy! The location is great - just off the main road and close to the grocery store and the ski area as well. We would definitely stay there again if in the area!

Great home for an early ski season getaway. A portion of our nordic team stayed here and really enjoyed it. One of the best parts is the great view of the creek that the home borders--with all the wildlife--deer and hawks in particular--but a few fox, too. It seems like the home hadn't been rented in some time, and there were a few related dust/dead insect issues. Nothing that made us uncomfortable, though.
