Ferienwohnung Santa Margherita Pescia

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft zufrieden. Die Umgebung war sehr schön und sehr erholsam. Die Anlage inklusive Swimmingpool sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Küchenausstattung war nicht ganz optimal, z.B. war kein Backofen vorhanden wie angegeben .

Mooi maar kan beter

Mooi huisje, geheel conform de foto’s. Prachtig zwembad met voldoende ligstoelen en parasols. Keuken was echter zeer karig ingericht. Geen kurkentrekker en opener, 2 piepkleine wijnglazen, oventje werkte niet, koffiezetapparaat lastig geplaatst met kort vast snoer. Helaas veel mieren in keuken en badkamer. Warmte bleef erg in huis hangen, helaas Geen ventilator (of airco) aanwezig.

Amazing Tuscany style cosy house

We went with my daughter just for a week and it has been wonderful experience. The house it situated on the hill so you wont be bothered with the noice coming from town, meanwhile its just a couple of minutes driving to the center. The house is tidy and cosy, just enough space to relax after a long day of side seeing or shopping. There is shared swimming pool kept clean and enough room for all guests. The host is very helpful and responsive, she was happy to answer all my questions (also via WhatsApp). It was our fist time in Italy and we discussed many times how lucky we are with our little house, which became a home for a week.

Maison de caractère. Au calme. Propriétaires toujours aussi sympathique puisque nous sommes deje venu 2 fois ici. Il y a tout ce qu il faut c'est très propre. Une vue magnifique.

Een heerlijk appartement, mooi...

Een heerlijk appartement, mooi gelegen met een heerlijk zwembad erbij. Qua inrichting valt er nog veel te verbeteren maar iemand met een beetje fantasie kan hier een heerlijk verblijf hebben. Veel mogelijkheden om diverse steden te bezoeken met als thuisbasis dit appartement is echt aan te bevelen. Wij zijn er nu voor de tweede keer geweest, eerst in voorjaar en later in najaar maar het was echt heerlijk. Reistips: Florence en Pisa zijn hier vandaan in een dag zeker te bezoeken. Het Pinokkiopark in Collodi is hier ca 10 km vandaan. Lucca is hier ca. 20 Km vandaan. Ook Sienna hebben we hier vandaan in een dag bezocht. Het beste voor dit appartement is een vliegticket naar Florence en in Italie een auto huren en dan is het ca 60 km naar het appartement. Hier vandaan is Elba zeker aan te raden om te bezoeken.
