Cortijo Casablanca used to be part of an Andalusian farmhouse, and had two houses connected by an enormous courtyard which gave access to the houses and the livestock (stables, cattle shed, barn etc...). The farmhouse gradually became abandoned and inevitably most of it fell down, with only one of the houses, which was in better condition, left standing, and which today, we have endeavoured to preserve the atmosphere of days gone by as much as possible, aware of the value and merit of these old constructions.
It is situated in the Cordoba Subbética Nature Reserve , in the southeast of the province, within the municipality of Priego de Córdoba, over 600 m above sea level, surrounded by olive and pine trees, and mountains.
The land on which the farmhouse is built is located on one of the Albayate mountains slopes, surrounded by olive trees and overlooking this beautiful wide valley with its picturesque scattered houses of Las Navas.
If you decide to come and visit, you will be pleasantly surprised to find a lovely comfortable house which is full of history, with its gardens, and carefully looked after surroundings, portraying all our love and respect for nature, as well as the good taste and exquisite attention to detail of its owners.
