The apartments are quietly located at the center of Pervolia village in a small pedestrian zone. Shopping, Tavernas and a bus stop (scheduled services to Lacarna and to the beaches at Cape Kiti) are in walking distance. The garden has a beautiful pool with a wading area as well as play possibilities for children. Deckchairs and sunshades are available for free. A large furnished roof terrace offers fine seaviews. Marios, who runs the functionally furnished and perfectly cleaned apartments with his wife Maryna, is the epitome of 'Philoxenia', or hospitality. He speaks good English. Marios takes much care of their guests. Just tell them when you need something or when you have a question. Marios will pick up his guests at Larnaca Airport and drive them back to airport just in time no matter if it is daytime or at night (free service at a minimum stay of 5 continuous days). When staying 5 or more days you will also find your fridge stocked with everything you need for a first breakfast.

Further Details: Inexpensive rental cars from EURO 10.00 (low season) and EURO 26.00 (high season) including unlimited mileage, v.a.t., full cdw and free delivery to Elli Court & Marios Apartments. Trips to Israel and Egypt. Air condition available. Distance from the beach: 1,500 m.

Trips to North Cyprus: Rental cars reserved through me are allowed to take into the North (compulsory insurance to be paid for at Checkpoint to the North; actual rate EURO 20.00 for 3 days).

- Kyrenia (Girne) approx. 80 minutes

- Bellapais approx. 80 minutes

- End of Karpaz peninsula with wild donkeys and beautiful beaches approx. 3 hours

Public Transport and Shopping: Regular Bus Service (every 30 minutes) from Pervolia to beaches at Kiti Lighthouse and to Larnaca City Centre until late (last bus from Larnaca to Pervolia approx. 23:00 hrs.). Timetable available at Marios Apartments.

3 smaller supermarkets in the village of Pervolia (5 minutes walk). 2 big supermarkets in Kiti and between Meneou and Airport (Carrefour, 10 minutes drive from Marios Apartments).

The 1-bedroom-apartment offers plenty of room and consists of a living area with adjacent fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with large built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, toilet and hand wash basin (full bathroom on request) and a furnished balcony or terrace. A bed couch in the living area is okay for one adult and very comfortable for 2 children. The kitchenette is fully equipped with stove, oven, large fridge with freezer section and kitchenware. The bedroom offers either a double bed or 2 single beds which can be converted to a double. A cot can be provided free of charge. Hot water is provided by solar energy with additional electrical heating. A/C (warm and cold) in the sleeping room (at extra charge). On cooler days ask Marios for a mobile gas heater for the living room. The apartment is furnished in a practical way and you can expect your apartment perfectly clean on arrival.

Pervolia is a farming village located approximately 12 km south-west of Larnaca, which has developed into a small holiday resort during the past few years. Despite this, it has not lost its identity. The 'Cypriot Way of Life' is very tranquil and guests and hosts rapidly become friends. The sea, which is 1.5 km away, fits the atmosphere very well: small, natural beaches which offer neither entertainment nor beach chairs, just solitude and crystal-clear waters. Safe bathing for children. Tavernas and restaurants in the village offer delicious local dishes at much lower prices compared to big holiday spots. Due to nearby motorway and scheduled bus service Pervolia is the ideal location for exploring the whole island during your stay including the North. Walkers and bikers enjoy the mostly flat coastline. When you want to rent a car, a scooter, a motorbike or a mountain bike ask Marios. He will help you.

Apartment was great, we really enjoy our stay. Rooms were clean, spacious, fully equipment
Pool was clean and it is big plus for us
Location was good - it was far away from beach (15 min by foot) but there were restaurants, shops and the centre of the village near to it.
It is better if you rent a car so you can explore whole area
Marios and his wife were very helpful.
We will definitely recommend this apartments to our friends.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
