Our holiday home offers plenty of space for eight guests in four bedrooms. There is also the living room (with a fireplace) and a kitchen with a large dining table. Insgesamt schöner Aufenthalt auf Baltrum mit Verbesserungsbedarf beim Objekt

Wir, eine vierköpfige Familie, hatten in diesem für uns minimal zu großen Ferienhaus ein paar schöne Tage auf Baltrum verbracht. positiv: + Die Lage ist gut/sehr gut. 10min gemütlich zu Fuß zum Hafen bzw. 15min bis zum Inselbad und den Hauptstränden. + Das Objekt ist sehr groß, viele Schlafmöglichkeiten. + Die Küchenausstattung ist gut, viele Spielzeuge, Bücher + toller Bollerwagen mit 2 Achsen - war ein treuer Begleiter auf unseren Ausflügen ans Ostende der Insel negativ: - Das Objekt ist leider nicht so gut gepflegt. Die Möbel sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. In den Kniestöcken, die auch für Kinder leicht zugänglich sind, sind fette Spinnweben und es stehen sehr viele Dinge herum, die man zum Sperrmüll geben könnte. - Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt alt, auch die kleinen Dinge, wie Spielzeug und Besteck (was ja noch ok ist). Aber auch die Dinge, die Gäste zurücklassen, wie bspw. angerissenes Mehl, Kornflakes, whatever, sollten dringend aussortiert werden (bspw. befanden sich 2 Packungen Kornflakes, die vor ca. einem Jahr abgelaufen sind, noch im Schrank. Das ist vermeidbar). - Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt ok, in den Ecken und unter den Tischen sowie in der Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer war es dann schon sehr dreckig - Müll - die beiden Mülltonnen: Bio und Restmüll waren bereits zur Ankunft übervoll. Eine konkrete Anweisung für die Gäste, wann, wie, wo der Müll rauszustellen ist, gab es nicht. Hier sehe ich aber auch nicht die originäre Aufgabe der Gäste. - keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten in den Schlafzimmern im OG, wir hatten uns mit Pappe, Handtüchern und Decken beholfen...ist natürlich nicht Sinn der Sache - der Garten war insgesamt ungepflegt, Unkraut sprießte, die (Pfingst-)Rosenhecke wuchern in den Weg hinein. Positiv hervorstellen muss man allerdings, dass der Vermieter bei uns aktiv nach dem Zustand des Gartens gefragt hatte und 2 Tage später jemanden zum Rasenmähen vorbei geschickt hatte. Unkraut und Hecke waren aber unberührt. Um das Feedbacksandwich fertig zu belegen: Baltrum ist eine tolle Insel für einen entspannten Familienurlaub Das Ferienhaus ist toll, hat aber mit den genannten Punkten etwas Aufholbedarf. Wir kommen also wieder, wahrscheinlich nur nicht in diese FeWo. Dennoch danke
