Belle appartement, très bien situé, très belle vue , super extérieur, concierge au top , malheureusement le nettoyage laisse a désirer, les draps housses de protection des lits tachés, les matelas on en parle pas .. Un des canapés tachés, vraiment dommage, car point de vue équipement tout y était, on s’y sent bien , sécurisé pour notre véhicules.. À surveiller point de vue propreté.. désolée mais vraiment dommage

Sehr gut gelegenes Appartement mit großartiger Aussicht - leider schon etwas abgewohnt. Ausstattung mit Reinigungsmitteln angesichts der Pandemie mangelhaft: weder Seife noch Desinfektionsmittel wurde bereitgestellt. Die Agentur war hilfsbereit, die Schlüsselübergabe jedoch kompliziert und zeitaufwendig. Dafür ist die Anlage ruhig, mit schönem gepflegten Garten, die Wege zum Strand und in die Stadt gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist das Objekt in Ordnung.

Wohnung schön. Kleinere Mängel. Z.b.türen schließen nicht richtig. Kühlschrank war an und halb offen. Daher völlig vereist. Wir mussten ihn daher 2x abtauen.. anfangs und bei Auszug. Sonst aber schöne Wohnung. Alles gut. Parksituation m.e. verwirrend, da Tiefgarage sich mit Transponder zwar öffnen lässt, dort aber scheinbar nicht geparkt werden darf..obwohl an keinem Parkplatz irgendwas dran steht. Wir wurden 2x verscheucht und haben dann draussen geparkt.
