Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden 100 m2, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, 01.04.-30.10.). Tennis, floodlit, table tennis. In the house: billiard table, table football, central heating system. Stepped path (2 steps) to the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, restaurant 2.5 km. Golf course 70 km. There is a large terrace in the garden with sunshade and bar area with barbecue, sink and minibar. Music system in the garden. Basketball net. Table tennis table. Table tennis/tennis racquets and balls as well as 3 bikes (2 adult, 1 children's) available to guests. Magnificent panoramic views of the town of Baena. There is an access road to another house at the entrance of the property. The property is situated next to property ES5088.121.1.
