The house Daina is in a quiet village in the town of Pollensa. Shops, bars, restaurants are within walking distance. In just 180m you reach the sea and the beautiful long promenade that invites you to wonderful sea walks. From here you can then down to the marina and the town of Pto. Pollencas run. The large village square with its numerous restaurants, bars and cafes is the center of the resort, on the week held a big weekly market once. The house has a swimming pool with a furnished terrace and barbecue. 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite with bath and air conditioned, 3 bathrooms and thus offer comfortably accommodate 8 people.

The attractive resort of Port de Pollença (called during the Middle Ages 'Boccoris') is located in the north of the island of Mallorca, at the foot of the majestic Tramuntana mountain range and is now well 6 000 inhabitants.

The original small fishing harbor has evolved over the years into an elegant marina. The largely traffic-calmed beach promenade is dotted with shops, cafes and restaurants and is ideal for strolling and gluttons. On the busy market place, a rather mixed crowd of locals and tourists meet.

The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay with its towards the water very gently sloping beach is ideal for children. Apart from that, Port de Pollença is a very popular destination for scuba divers, surfers and sailors. Tours and excursions by boat are also available from here. Walkers will be here, too: the bays of Cala Boquer and Cala San Vicente are for hikers in one to achieve two hours without any issues.

From Port de Pollença it goes on the military field by over a fairly impressive serpentine road with breathtaking views of the rock 'it Colomer' towards the luxury residential district of Formentor with its Romanesque nitschen bay and from there to the 'Cabo de Formentor'. The view from the lighthouse is spectacular and you can look across to the island of Menorca in good weather conditions.

The actual village of Pollença is located about 6 km from the coastal town and has about 10 000 inhabitants. The church 'Nostra Senyora dels Àngels' on the central square, the 'claustro de Santo Domingo' and the Calvary with its 365 steps from the 17th and 18th century are just a few of its many historical monuments. Museums, art galleries, boutiques, tasteful chic restaurants and cozy cafes are the charming village.
