The village Nowa WOLA (municipality - Rusiec, Lodz / Łódź) is located 70km south-west of Lodz (Lodz), 135km east of Wroclaw (Breslau) and 200 km west of Warszawa (Warsaw).
The house was built in the -50er years from larch wood and insulated with reed. Plastered from the inside. Original wood windows and wood floors + wood verandas.
The wood comes from the old church of the neighboring village 'Wola Wiazowa.
It is possible to rent fishing (also incl.)
For a small fee (1 EUR / hour, 5 EUR / day, bicycles can be rented (we have 4 pieces).
It can also fresh milk (straight from the cow) + homemade cottage cheese + fresh eggs are purchased (by their own free-range chickens).

This is a place where you will just forget the big city and its chaos. it is so quiet here and the view from the garden over the fields and meadows up to the forest is like a balm for your soul....
You can walk here kilometres long, you can look for mushrooms in the nearby forests or just swim in our private lake. We have 2 horses which you can ride or just watch grassing....
You can make a fire in front of the house (we provide wood) or just use the Swedish Oven in the kitchen (very romantic on cold evenings).
The sleeping room is very comfy with a big double bed. Everybodz sleeps well here.
The house is located in an idyllic small village Nowa Wola, which is one of only 64 House Numbers, surrounded by fields, meadows and forests rich in mushrooms and berries. Here you really have peace. Here you will find no other tourists.

The Landscape Park Warta and Widawka (named after the names of the two rivers), and thus the lazy river Warta is located just 5km from the property.
In the neighboring village location Konopnica (7km away) there is a possibility to rent kayaks / canoes and organize 1-2-3 several days long trips on the Warta (at the end of the tour you will drive the owner of the loan point back to the starting point brought or you you will be brought to a starting point at the very beginning with the car and then paddle back to the car;-),
Warta is not nearly as popular and known as the Polish rivers stereocam, Czarna Hancza or Brda. The river and the landscape rumherum are very picturesque - just beautiful and not at all touristy crowded. Who made this paddle tour once - it will not be long forgotten ....
To the farm of the landlord (a total of 160 000 square meters) include several private lakes with total area of 6 000 square meter two of them with a small private beach and dock. On the other you can fish very well. The nearest lake / pond is located 7min. walk away from the property and is then quasi-Your private lake.
The house itself is situated on a 000 sqm large 5th, bezäunten lot. The owner lives on the property opposite (the village road separates the two plots from each other).
In the village Nowa Wola there is a small kiosk where you can buy the bare essentials of food.
In a neighboring village 3km away WOLA Wiazowa there are several shops, pharmacy, bar, restaurant and disco. This disco is a cult location. Every Saturday night here a Tanzparty- often with live music. Is definitely worth a visit. Even the Poles who live in the cities and visit us say party, as it was earlier times ....
The main attraction of Nowa Wola are the beautiful forests, where you can really great jog / walk / relax + general tranquility in the village and on the property. We are the house no. 57 (of the 64 houses) and almost at the forest, at the end of the village.
The Lodz province located in central Poland. The capital Łódź was only a small town, in the period in which the nearby, now smaller cities, played major role. Lodz was often called "workers' city", Wladyslaw Reymont and - Nobel Laureate described it as a promised land. In the at the beginning of the 19th century, rapidly evolving center of the textile industry, many residents of the nearby towns have moved in search of work.
