The holiday house Gregor stands on a 600 m2 well-kept plot. 3 rooms, (2 bedrooms and 1 living room) bathroom, kitchen, garden and terrace invite you to linger. You can really relax in the cozy and modern holiday home. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available on the spacious terrace. A small swimming lake is about 300m away. There are 3 other lakes in the vicinity. The S-Bahn station can be reached on foot in 12 minutes, and it takes 30 minutes to Berlin Mitte. You can also be in the center in 30 minutes via the Berlin Autobahn A 10 or the B96. The beautiful Briesetal begins at 500 m and invites you to wonderful hikes. Bicycle tours, along the Berlin Wall Trail, a visit to the zoo in Germendorf, or the multitude of sights in Berlin, provide variety. Bicycles are part of the holiday home equipment. If the weather does not get your approval, a library, games and a colorful mix of CDs are available.

Sehr liebe Gastgeber und eine sehr saubere, gemütliche Unterkunft

Es hat uns allen hier wirklich gut gefallen, die Unterkunft war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Wir sind zu mehreren Tagestouren aufgebrochen und haben die Umgebung und Berlin erkundet. Gerne kommen wir wieder, falls es uns wieder in die Gegend verschlägt.

Tolles Haus und super Lage

Das Haus war super sauber und mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Da gab es wirklich gar nichts zu beanstanden. Waren mit dem Haus rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist auch super, da erstens ruhig und zweitens ein prima Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Ausflüge. Alles an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist auch in der Nähe. Das einzige, was uns in der Beschreibung im Inserat gefehlt hat, ist der hinwies, dass man den garten nicht für sich alleine hat. Er ist offen rüber zum Grundstück der Vermieter. Wenn die Vermieter also Besuch haben und draußen sitzen, bekommt man es eben auch direkt mit, weil es keine Abtrennung zwischen den beiden Gärten gibt. Das hätten wir einen wichtigen Hinweis im Inserat gefunden, da es ja vielleicht nicht jeder so möchte

Schönes Haus und Tolle Lage

Das Haus war sehr sauber und gemütlich,grosses Badezimmer und alles da was man braucht,gut war auch der Parplatz direkt am Haus. Sehr freunliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Zum Bahnhof war es auch nicht weit und mit der S Bahn kommt man schnell nach Berlin. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder

Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft, sie war ein guter Startpunkt für unsere Unternehmungen und bietet auch genug Ruhe um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Für die Kinder ist 5 min zu Fuß ein kleiner See zum planschen und schwimmen. Das Häuschen ist süß und einladen. Alles war sauber. Wir wurden nett begrüßt und nett verabschiedet. Wir würden wenn es uns mal wieder in die Ecke verschlägt auch nochmal hier übernachten.
