Please Note: minimum 6-NIGHT rental required, which could start any day of the week. Retro (1930's), vintage, Deco, fully restored and equipped, in the very heart of Old San Juan, on the main square, 'Plaza de Armas', right in front of City Hall, at the only residential building on the plaza. There is an open-air cafe on the plaza below. Front full-size balcony with great views, including a glimpse of the ocean bay. Some of the features are: land telephone, hi-speed internal WI-FI, printer/copier/scanner, washer/dryer, iron with board, granite-top kitchen counter, gas stove, high-ceilings, intercom, original mahogany doors and woodwork, TV/DVR home theater with cable service via DishNetwork, stereo, CD player, A/C throughout most areas (except in 2nd bedroom), soundproof windows, water reserve, etc. Very safe. Since this is an owner-maintained unit (no agents involved), we make constant improvements. This vacation rental will cost you less than the average hotel room in Old San Juan, besides the fact that you won´t find a better location and get to stay in a full-size apartment full of amenities.

I´ve owned this property since 1996, having done a full restoration, which is different than a remodeling. This apartment was closed and in a semi-abandoned state for 10 years before I bought it.
