About this property

Our attractive, very well-kept holiday home on Mallorca, with a plot of more than 500m2, is located in Cala Millor, on a side street with hardly any traffic. The center, the pedestrian zone and the beach are only a few minutes' walk away.
From the two covered terraces, where you can spend cozy hours, go directly into the beautiful Mediterranean garden.
The house has 3 bedrooms for 5 people, 2 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, bedroom with air conditioning, gas central heating, WiFi internet, satellite TV and a large roof terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher. Washer, dryer, bed linen and towels are also provided. Two cots and two highchairs can be ordered in advance free of charge.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not a problem, but please only outside the house.

On foot you are in 10 minutes (approx. 650m) on the beautiful 1.5 km long, fine sandy and gently sloping sandy beach with the turquoise blue water and the beautiful beach promenade.

Parking is available directly on the property.

Cala Millor has a very nice more than 1.5 km long fine sandy beach, a very nice beach promenade with many shops, numerous cafes and restaurants and therefore this holiday resort on the east coast of Mallorca is one of the most popular holiday destinations for the whole family.
In Cala Millor and the surrounding area you will find a large number of activities and sights for a varied and entertaining Mallorca vacation.

Cala Bona with a small idyllic fishing port and also the scenic nature reserve Punta de n'Amer adjacent to Cala Millor with the Castell and the very beautiful view are always worth a visit.
There are 4 golf courses within a 10 km radius of Cala Millor (Club Son Servera, Pula Golf, Canyamel Golf, Capdepera Golf).

Perfect

Spent a wonderful week in Casa Sophia. It is so beautiful, the location is peaceful and a lovely walk to the beach. Sitting in the garden, morn, afternoon, or evening was so relaxing. Highly recommend this place!

Alles super!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Ferienhaus Casa Sophia. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und alles lief unkompliziert. Die späte Ankunft um 22.00 war kein Problem und zur Begrüßung gab es sogar frisches Obst und Sekt. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht, sogar eine Heizung für die kälteren Tage. Die Lage ist super, ruhig in einer Nebenstraße, man kann fußläufig einkaufen und zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Der Garten ist sehr hübsch und wird liebevoll gepflegt. Auf der großen Dachterrasse kann man in Hängematten entspannen. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

3 Wochen Golf und Erhohlung

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles ist liebevoll gepflegt und heil. Wir haben nichts an Ausstattung vermisst, der Garten ist wunderschön. Unten hat man viel natürlichen Schatten durch Pflanzen und eine wunderschöne Palme, ober auf dem Dach Sonne pur. Es ist wirklich prima durchdacht. Die Technik funktioniert einwandfrei, das Internet ist schnell, wir haben im März tatsächlich auch die Heizung benötigt, alles klasse. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer freundlich und zielführend, vielen Dank nochmal. Wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen und würden sie bestimmt auch wieder buchen. Alles top

Super Kommunikation, alles sehr sauber, schön ruhig gelegende Finca, dennoch nicht weit zum Strand, Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäften. Aless fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren jetzt schon zwei mal dort und es wird vermutlich auch ein drittes mal sein.

Das Haus ist sehr gut per Auto zu erreichen. Kurze Fußwege zum Strand. Das Haus ist mit allem, was der Urlauber braucht, ausgestattet. Sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Im Garten gibt es immer ein schattiges Plätzchen zum Ausruhen. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
