About this property

The spacious holiday home "La Terraza" is a typical Canarian "longhouse" whose rooms all lead to the fantastically spacious terrace. The beautiful sea views to the Pico de Teide in Tenerife - brick benches, a hammock, sunbeds, tables and chairs, a barbecue - all invites to be here to celebrate the life and take place outdoors.

The villa "La Terraza" offers with its 3 bedrooms up to 8 people comfortably and enough retreat possibilities to get together to enjoy a relaxing holiday. But also for two it is very nice here.

In the living / dining room you can still feel a touch of the local 50s - except the comfortable couch is a table with chairs, a small music system, as well as a TV set ready.

The kitchen is kept simple and well equipped. The adjacent bathroom is a spacious bathroom with sink, toilet and a washing machine.

On the large terrace several seating areas are available. The large dining table and the lounge area invite to convivial evenings. The house is located in the lower valley of Hermigua, in the district of "La Castellana" to about 50 meters above sea level - so close to the sea, that the sound of the sea seduces all day to dream, the sun and moon above the Pico de Teide, the Spain's highest mountain to look at is a daily pleasure.

Perfect place with incredible view.

We were a group of 8 with 2,5 y.o. baby. Bedrooms were prepered to acomodate all of us. It is a very spacious house, with the tarace area prepered for outdor activities no metter what the weather is like. The sitting area with roled down wind breakers is a nice addition to a tarace. Parking is very spacious and comfortible for two cars. Location of the property is ideal for starting the hiking activities.

Il n'y avait personne à l'arrivée. Le portail était fermé et après 1 heure d'attente et d'appel téléphonique enfin un locataire voisin est venu nous accueillir ! Il n'est pas possible de garer la voiture sur le parking prévu à cet effet.

Traumhafte Terrasse

Wir haben uns in dem typischen Kanarischen Langhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Die große Terrasse mit der gemütlichen überdachten Sitzecke lädt zum Verweilen ein. Vom Esstisch aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und den Teide. Ständig hört man das Rauschen des Meeres. Kurzum ein tolles Outdoor Wohnzimmer, wo man eins sein kann mit den Elementen.

Traumurlaub mit Traumaussicht

Superschöne Wohnung, sauber, mit allem was man braucht. Die Kinder haben die vielen Hängematten geliebt! Kleiner Spar-Supermarkt in der Nähe. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin immer schnell und unkompliziert, sie fragt ggf. auch bei Anbietern z.B. für Whale Watching Touren nach und stellt den Kontakt her oder organisiert einen guten Mietwagen. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist einfach traumhaft, genau wie der Sonnenaufgang über dem Teide auf Teneriffa, den man hier sehen kann. Leider verläuft die Straße direkt neben dem Haus, was unter der Woche frühen Verkehr bedeutet. Die Kinder hat das aber gar nicht am Ausschlafen gehindert und tagsüber hält sich der Verkehr sehr in Grenzen. Wir hatten hier einen 2-wöchigen Traumurlaub mit 3 Kindern, auch, weil einfach viel Platz vorhanden ist.

Große Terasse mit wundervoller Aussicht

Saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft mit großer Terrasse und tollem Blick auf das Meer und Teneriffa! Besonders hervorzuheben ist außerdem der Parkplatz direkt am Haus und die riesige Hängematte! Sehr zu empfehlen! Lediglich 1 Stern Abzug da sich das Haus direkt an der Hauptstrasse befindet und für jedes Zimmer ein Schlüssel benötigt wird (nur von außen zugänglich).
