Our Breckenridge Home is a fabulous year-round retreat with a large open floor plan and breathtaking views of the ski mountain. (Yes, that is view of the mountain you see here is the view from our home!)

From the furnishings to the linens to the kitchen appliances, the decor of our home is upscale, contemporary, and most importantly, comfortable. This is the perfect home for 2 families with children, 2 – 4 couples, or a group of friends looking for the perfect mountain vacation.
Whether you are coming to enjoy Breckenridge for skiing, biking, hiking, fishing, golfing, or to sample one of our local cultural festivals, the location of this home is ideal. We are minutes away from the ski-mountain gondola, main street Breckenridge, the Blue River, and the only Jack Nicklaus-designed municipal golf course in the country
Home Overview: *** We also have a wonderful, clean, and well-situated hot-tub which will allow you to sit and review your runs on Breck mountain after a day of skiing - it looks straight at Breck's peaks. Sit and enjoy the view while you soak out the kinks! ***
The house has two stories, with the main living area upstairs. The open floor plan includes a GOURMET KITCHEN with stainless appliances and an island that seats two adjacent to a large dining area with seating for ten. The family room has a huge, vaulted ceiling with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide unreal mountain range views, a gas fireplace with built-in bookshelves, a large micro-suede sectional sofa that seats 7-8 with a leather ottoman, and a media center with a 60-inch flat screen HDTV and stereo sound system with iPod/iPad docking station, Apple TV, and premium movie channels (as well as DVD and DVR to record while you're out having fun). The master suite with jetted tub and a separate bedroom (with a bunk bed) with full bath are also upstairs. (Note that the upstairs bunk bed is very large - it is an extra long single over an extra-long double bunk, nearly a queen size - this can easily sleep an adult couple.)
Downstairs Description & Information: Downstairs has another large living room with two leather sofas and a 32-inch television. There is also and a warm, cozy wood-burning stove in this living area. It is the perfect place for kids to watch movies or play games, or for adults to sneak away with coffee and a book. There are windows across the entire downstairs living area that allow additional fantastic views of Breckenridge. (And, for the executive that can’t fully unplug there is an office area with WIRELESS INTERNET and even a PRINTER/SCANNER!)
Downstairs, there are two bedrooms and a full shared separate bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 extra-long twin beds (which can be converted to a King) as well as a bunk bed set. The home has huge, expansive decks both upstairs and down that offer spectacular views of the mountains.

HOT WATER!!! That's right - lots of it! Between the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom and the need for lots of hot showers - particularly during the winter after a long ski day - we weren't willing to settle for short showers. So, we doubled the hot water capacity of the home - take as long a shower as you want - even when the rest of your group of 10 is doing the same!
