*****Apartment has oak hardwood floors, heat and air conditioning throughout. LIVING ROOM-46” FLAT SCREEN HD TV, DVD player, 300+ DVD library, Leather sofa and armchair seating. MASTER BEDROOM-40” FLAT SCREEN HD TV, KING size Bed, Night tables, Dresser, Armorie, closet and plenty of sunlight. 2nd BEDROOM-32” FLAT SCREEN HD TV, FULL size platform storage bed, mirrored closet and storage space. KITCHEN-Is fully equipped with high end Italian cabinets, granite counter-top and dining island, professional series stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, microwave, stove, side by side refrigerator w/water and ice dispenser), toaster, utensils, glasses, blender, plates, pots/pans and coffee maker. BATHROOM-Kholer series complimented with Italian granite throughout and extra deep bathtub.

CHILDREN UNDER 15 YRS OLD STAY FREE OF CHARGE.

A 20% Deposit of the total cost is required to reserve the apartment.

A $200.00 Security Deposit is required and will be FULLY REFUNDED upon your departure once premises have been inspected and no damage other than normal wear or loss has occurred.

Payments can be made by credit card via Pay pal or Homeaway. Full balance payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations are not confirmed until reservation deposit has been received and Rental Agreement is signed.

Reservation is on a First Come/First Serve basis.

**Cancellation Policy:

If Canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival date, full refund will be reimbursed minus PayPal Fee. If less than 30 days, deposit will not be refunded. If less than 14 days, full payment will Not be refunded.

What a wonderful place to stay! Photos alone don't tell the whole story of how special this gem is! The owners' hospitality is what truly sets this place apart. From the moment we arrived we were treated to a large basket of fruit, and offered the usage of some 300 DVD's from the couple's extensive movie library (delivered within minutes after we made our request). Their attention to detail ensured our 5 day stay was pleasurable beyond our expectations. Thank you Edgar and Suzanne! Our stay was an A+, and we look forward to visiting again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECIOUS JEWELL!

We feel like to be at home i have to say that the apartment is even better than in the photos and Edgar and Susanne are great. After the long trip we arrive at the apartment and a big basket of fruit and chocolates was waiting for us and of course water in the fridge. Thanks for that Edgar. The apartment is extremetely clean and confortable wíth all you need after a long day in the city to feel like to be at home. The train station is close to the house and in 15 minutes you are in Manhattan . If i come back to Ny i will come back to precious jewel of astoria. I strongly recomend this cosy aparment.

The apartment is perfect i have to say that even better than in the photos. Edgar and Susane are great. We feel like to be at home. The apartment is clean wíth all you need and after the long trip we arrived at the aparment and a big basket wíth fruit and cookies was waiting for us and of course water in the fridge. Thanks for that Edgar!!! There is a train station close to the house and in 20 minutes you are in Manhattan. It is a perfect place for visit the city and feel like to be at home. If i come back to NYc i will come back to precious jewell astoria. I strongly recomend this cosy apartment.

This location was exactly as presented. The rental was quite nice, the owners were very attentive and the location and access to Manhattan were excellent. If you have a car - make sure you have a parking strategy since there are days when you cannot park on one or another side of the street. Beyond that - a great experience.

Great time in NYC in an amazing house

We spent 5 days in NYC living in the precious jewel apartment... The apartment was beautiful,confortable, clean and very close to the yellow metro line(the last but one stop in Astoria),and especially very cheap for the quality and the services offered... the owners were very nice and friendly, I suggest everyone to go there if going to NYC.. If I may go back in NYC I definitely know where to go!!!
