Garda with a view!

The house is situated in a small village 10 minuted drive (steep) uphill. It is very charming and simply -but nicely- decorated. Everything you need is there (except for towels and linen; they are not included in the price and a considerable amount will be charged separately) The upper and lower part of the house are not connected. The kitchen, living room and one bedrooms are situated 'upstairs', the other bedrooms are ' downstairs'. You walk through the garden to reach the different parts of the house. With kids this is something to take into consideration. The beds are good! There is no airconditioning and as it can become very hot, it is important to keep the house well ventilated during the cooler periods of the day. As life is mostly outside we have not experienced this as a problem. The house has beautiful and large garden and a very nice pool on a separate terrace. The views from the house/garden are mind-blowing. We spent a great week in the house with 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids (8-11). We can recommend it!

Wonderful family holiday house

Wonderful house, gardens, bbq area and pool with lots of space for extended family and children. In a lovely quiet village with spectacular views of the lake. Bar, pizzeria(pizza on weekends only) and small shop are walking distance from the house. The house is comfortable and clean and has everything you might need including toys for all aged children. Make sure to let Rosina know your arrival time or if you are delayed so she can arrange key collection. We arrived late and nothing was arranged so we can only give 2 stars for check-in unfortunately.

Schönes Haus mit super Aussicht! Kommunikation im Vorraus etwas mühsam, was jedoch an Zweifeln an unserer Reisegruppe (10 junge Leute) lag. Vor Ort dann jedoch sehr nett.

Großes, geräumiges Haus mit tollem Garten & Ausblick

Das Objekt liegt ziemlich weit oben in den Bergen mit einer abenteuerlichen Straßenführung, aber dieser Ausblick ist es definitiv wert! Der Garten ist sehr groß, wunderschön und wirklich gepflegt. Von der Außenanlage mit Garten, Pool und mehreren Terrassen waren wir begeistert, auch die gesamte Ausstattung! Es gibt genügend Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten, Sonnenschirme und sogar für die Kinder einiges an Spielsachen. Das Haus an sich ist schon etwas älter, aber schön groß und geräumig, wir hatten zu acht genügend Platz und jeder hatte seinen Rückzugsort. Leider war nur ein Schlafzimmer von vier komplett abdunkelbar. Die kleineren Sauberkeitsmängel konnten wir schnell selbst beseitigen. Allerdings sollten manche Gebrauchsgegenstände immer mal wieder ausgetauscht werden (v.a. Besteck, Küchenuntensilien, Bettwäsche). Das ist kein großer Aufwand und macht direkt einen besseren Eindruck. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Familienurlaub sehr genossen und haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Wirklich positiv war auch die Kommunikation im Voraus, wir haben alle notwendigen Infos, Tipps und Fragen beantwortet bekommen. Wir könnten uns durchaus vorstellen, nochmal hier her zu kommen!

Wundervolle Lage

Die Villa liegt traumhaft schön oberhalb vom Gardasee mit einer grandiosen Aussicht 😍 Highlight ist sicherlich der wunderschöne Garten mit dem grandiosen Pool! Wir haben es sehr genossen 😊
