The architecture is as follows: A spacious living-dining area with direct access to the terrace or garden, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, covered and open terrace. Apartments No. 20 and 30 also have a private roof terrace with sea views. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, electric. Mixer, satellite TV, washing machine, ironing board, bed linen, towels, tea towels. The apartments differ only marginally with respect to the interior. The whole interieur is way above standard. Our large group had a wonderful stay at this peaceful oasis on Majorca. The apartments are PERFECT (like a 5 star hotel without service...) and the property managers do everything to make your stay impeccable!. We would stay here again in a moment! See you this year!

SUPER ANLAGE, MODERN, SAUBER, FREUNDLICH. TOP!!!

Die Anlage präsentiert sich exakt wie auf den Fotos/Beschreibung im Online-Inserat. Die Wohnung ist voll klimatisiert, Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer sind geräumig, sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung insgesamt modern und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zur Begrüßung wurden Wasser, Wein und Säfte im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt, sowie Spültabs/-mittel. Der Balkon ist viel größer als auf den Fotos (ca 8-10qm). Alle Geräte auf dem neuesten Stand, Sat-TV, Wasserkocher, Spühl-/Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Kaffemaschine - alles neu und hochwertig.
Die Anlage insgesamt liegt etwas außerhalb und ist damit sehr ruhig, kein Touristenlärm/-verkehr. Pool und Anlage sehr sauber und gepflegt!
Die deutsche Betreung war ebenfalls excellent. Wünsche und Anregungen (z.B Grill) wurde umgehend nachgegangen. Wir fanden uns sehr gut aufgehoben
Ein Auto ist allerdings aufgrund der Lage erforderlich:
Sa Rapita (Spar und Restaurants) ca 2 Km, Campos etwas 10 Autominuten (Lidl, Supermärkte, Tankstelle, Restaurants, usw.). Der Strand (Es Trenc) fängt bei Sa Rapita an, allerdings direkt neben dem Hafen - nicht jedermanns Ding. 5 Autominuten weiter liegt der Abschnitt nach Sant Jordi. Sehr schöner Naturstrand mit Bar und WC - empfehlenswert, blau-türkieses sauberes Wasser.

Alles in Allem haben wir genau das bekommen was das Inserat uns versprochen hat. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!!! Wer modern, sauber und ruhig wohnen will ist heir genau richtig aufgehoben.
