This absolute dream finca!

It is slightly elevated on a 9000 sqm plot. Arta and Capdepera are about 4 km, Cala Ratjada approximately 7 km.

In a few minutes by car from 4 beautiful beaches. Also 4 golf courses are nearby. The entire living space has a size of about 40 square meters and offers a ceiling height of around 6 m. He is flooded with light through several ground cover patio doors and offers typical Mallorcan country house style at its best.
