Quietly located house with separate apartment on a large, private property with pool, shady palms and ancient olive trees. Our family has owned this house for over 30 years, and we have rented it out in the Summer via this web-site since 1999. Calpe, 3 km away, and the picturesque old town of Altea can be reached in a few minutes by car. Mountain walks start from the doorstep...

beautiful house with a beautiful view at the sea, lot of space and a beautiful garden.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
