The complex has an ample pool area (including children's pool). The beloved Es Trenc natural beach and the surrounding golf courses of Son Antem, Son Gual, and Maioris are only a short drive away.

Each property has a maximum occupancy of 4 adults (+ children); properties contain a well-lit living/dining room, a modern and fully-equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terraces with sea view. For a fee, cribs and additional beds are available upon request!

Modern townhouses contain their own private garden. The townhouses are provided with a spacious terrace with a view of the sea. All properties are luxuriously furnished.

The layout is as follows: a large living/dining area with direct access to the garden, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a roofed and open terrace, as well as a private roof terrace with a view of the sea. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer, an oven, ceramic stove-top, coffee maker, toaster, electric blender, satellite TV. You will also find a washing machine, ironing board, iron, bed linens, towels, and dish rags.

The furniture and the home décor vary in the indivdual houses - they are, however, all held to the same high standard of quality and functionality. In terms of size and distribution, the townhouses are not different. The private gardens, however, are slightly different in size.

Nuevas casas de diseño. Decoradas con buen gusto. Situado en las afueras de Sa Rapita. En cinco minutos andando se llega al centro de Sa Rapita. Dispone de un jardín con tumbonas y mesa de sombrilla y sillas. Perfecto para relajarse, es muy tranquilo. Piscina comunitaria en buenas condiciones. En general todo es perfecto. Los anfitriones muy professionel. Venimos una vez más en agosto de 2015.

Besser geht nicht!

Wir haben mit 3 Kindern im Aug 2014 eine Woche in einem der Ferienhäuser gewohnt (Nummer 14). Alle Aussagen des Vermieters wurden eingehalten, das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und vollständig eingerichtet. Den deutschen Standard im spanischen Stil haben wir sehr genossen. Die gesamte Wohnanlage mit den Außenanlagen ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist super! Der Ort Sa Rapita und die Strände sind nahe und gut erreichbar. Ein Dankeschön an Nelli, die das Objekt sehr gut betreut und ein offenes Ohr für die Gäste hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Erna L.

Wunderschöne und toll ausgestattete Häuser

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern Anfang August da und waren von der Anlage wirklich begeistert. Bilder stimmen voll überein , es ist sogar jetzt ein kleiner Supermarkt vorhanden (lecker eiskaltes Bierchen für wenig Geld) in dem man morgens alles fürs Frühstück kaufen kann.
Schatten Plätze gibt es jetzt am Pool auch.
Das Haus ist wirklich ein kleiner Traum für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir hatten leider zu laute Nachbarn, dass trübte die Urlaubsstimmung ein wenig.
Leider liegt die Anlage doch ziemlich abgelegen,sodass man immer Auto fahren muss. Zudem ist unten im Dorf leider gar nichts los. Großartig Spazieren gehen ist also nicht. Wer das liebt, liegt hier falsch.

Wunderschöner Ort zum Erholen!

Wir waren mit unserer kleinen 1,5-jährigen Tochter in einem Reihenendhaus in El Paraiso untergebracht. Es fehlte uns an nichts: Kinderbettchen, Treppenabsperrgitter, Hochstuhl, Babywanne - für alle Bedürfnisse einer kleinen Familie wurde gesorgt. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Der Garten war gepflegt und hat unserer Tochter viel Freude bereitet. Wir haben uns einfach wohl gefühlt und prima vom Alltag erholt! Schön ist auch, dass das Gelände eingezäunt ist, auch der Pool hat extra einen Zaun - so kann mit Kind nichts passieren.

Im Sommer wird es zusätzlich einen kleinen Supermarkt dort geben, der momentan noch gebaut wird. Die Bauarbeiten stören aber keinesfalls und es wurde wirklich Rücksicht auf uns Urlauber genommen.

Einkaufen kann man in Campos sehr gut, dort gibt es sogar einen Lidl und einen Müller (Drogerie).

Der Kontakt zur Ansprechpartnerin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Empfang am Ferienort ebenfalls.

Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung könnte unserer Meinung nach noch etwas detaillierter sein, z. B. mit einer Karte. Die erste Anfahrt zu El Paraiso ab Sa Rapita ist ein bisschen schwer zu finden. Es ist zwar ausgeschildert, kommt man jedoch bei Dunkelheit an, ist die Beschilderung nicht ganz leicht zu sehen.

Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft auf Mallorca - auch die Umgebung und der wunderschöne Strand in Sa Rapita sind sehr empfehlenswert!

vielen Dank für die ausführliche Bewertung! Es freut mich, daß es Ihnen so gut gefallen hat!

Die Beschilderung zur Urbanisation ist tatsächlich in Dunkelheit schwer zu erkennen, aber eine Beleuchtung der Schilder ist seitens der Behörden verboten und somit leider nicht zu verbessern. Da unsere Mitarbeiter aber jederzeit vor Ort in Sa Rapita verfügbar sind bieten wir für jede Abendanreise einen "Abholservice" von der Strandpromenade an. Es sind vom Meer zwar nur zwei Minuten Fahrtzeit, aber ich gebe Ihnen Recht, daß ohne Ortskenntnis und aussreichende (und beleuchtete) Beschilderung es nicht einfach ist die Urbanisation "El Paraiso" zu finden. Ein Telefonanruf genügt und man trifft sich an der Strandpromenade und ich oder einer unserer Mitarbeiter bringt Sie in wenigen Minuten zum angemieteten Objekt.

Über die Winterperiode 2013/2014 wurden mittlerweile sämtliche lärmintensiven Baumaßnahmen abgeschlossen. Es kann lediglich partiell noch zu Lärmbelästigungen kommen. Wir stehen in sehr engem Kontakt mit dem Bauherren und informieren sämtliche Kunden bereits vor einer Buchung bzw. vor der Anreise über eventuell anstehende Baumaßnahmen.

Bisher hat dies zur vollen Zufriedenheit aller Parteien funktioniert!

tolle Wohnung, super Lage!

Ende Sept./ Anfang Okt. haben wir ein paar tolle Tage in diesem Objekt verbracht. Wir hatten das Reihenhaus Nr. 7- alles super sauber, kleiner Garten mit überdachter Terrasse, ein Balkon und noch dazu die Dachterrasse mit traumhaftem Blick und Sonnenuntergang! Die Wohnung ist sehr neu eingerichtet, auch die Küche gut ausgestattet und als Empfang war der Kühlschrank mit Getränken befüllt, dazu die sehr nette Begrüßung (auch spät in der Nacht da späte Anreise) durch die liebe Verwalterin Frau V. Die Anlage und auch der Pool waren die ges. Zeit sehr gepflegt und wir konnten dort toll schwimmen! Die Lage des Objektes ist super nah zum Es Trenc und zu anderen Stränden. Nach Palma sind es ca.30 min. Wenn man im Dunkeln anreist ist die Anlage etwas schwer zu finden, hier auf die genaue Anfahrtsbeschreibung vom Vermieter achten. Wir kommen gern wieder :-)

The master bedroom contains a private balcony with a partial view of the sea. If you request a crib or additional bed, the moving area of the bedrooms is naturally reduced. Each bedroom can accommodate a maximum of two cribs or one additional bed.
