The El Paraiso complex is located in the beautiful Sa Vinyola residence (Campos municipality, Sa Rapita village), just 2 km from the gorgeous Es Trenc sand beach. The complex has an ample pool area (including children's pool). The beloved Es Trenc natural beach and the surrounding golf courses of Son Antem, Son Gual, and Maioris are only a short drive away.

Each property has a maximum occupancy of 4 adults (+ children); properties contain a well-lit living/dining room, a modern and fully-equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terraces with sea view. For a fee, cribs and additional beds are available upon request!

Modern townhouses contain their own private garden. The townhouses are provided with a spacious terrace with a view of the sea. All properties are luxuriously furnished.

The layout is as follows: a large living/dining area with direct access to the garden, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a roofed and open terrace, as well as a private roof terrace with a view of the sea. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer, an oven, ceramic stove-top, coffee maker, toaster, electric blender, satellite TV. You will also find a washing machine, ironing board, iron, bed linens, towels, and dish rags.

The furniture and the home décor vary in the indivdual houses - they are, however, all held to the same high standard of quality and functionality. In terms of size and distribution, the townhouses are not different. The private gardens, however, are slightly different in size.

The Residence Club links the immediate vicinity to the sea, with the right distance to the normal tourist thoroughfares.

Really good time!

If you really need rest, then you will be perfectly happy with "El Paraiso". The view into the nature and towards Randa mountain is balm for body and soul!

The pool is very well maintained and invites you at any time to go for a swim - nevertheless we spend most of the time at the Es Trenc beach. The interior of the object, we were accommodated in house N ° 14, is harmonious modern in every respect.
If you want to have the hustle and bustle, then Palma can be reached by car within 25 minutes.
Sa Rapita itself is a former fishing village, offering at least until about 1130 p.m. all the infrastructure you need. Bars, restaurants, etc. you find on the beach promenade.

Owner's Response: Dear Harry B., thanks for the late, but really nice statement! From June 2014 our guests will have a restaurant, bar and supermarket not only at the beach front, but right at the spot in El Paraiso! No need anymore to grab the car for your daily needs!!!!

Ruhiger FamilenIndividualurlaub im luxoriösen Haus

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche in der Anlage verbracht. Unser Häuschen bot erfreulich viel Platz für 4 Personen und war mit Küche (Kühl-Gefrier-Kombi, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, jedoch ohne Mikro), 2 Duschen, 3 WC, Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage ausgezeichnet ausgestattet. Fernseher, DVD-Spieler und kostenloses W-LAN standen auch zur Verfügung. Die Bilder in der Beschreibung haben nicht getäuscht. Ein kleiner Rasen befand sich direkt an der überdachten Terrasse, die abends zum Grillen einlädt (Grill vorhanden, ggf. geringe Zusatzmiete). Solide Außenmöbel waren vorhanden - auch 2 Liegestühle. Unser Haus hatte 2 Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Doppelbett. Ein Schlafzimmer verfügte über einen Balkon und einen direkten Zugang ins eigene Bad.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, uns gut erholt und trotz sommerlicher Hitze gut (gekühlt) schlafen können.
Zum Pool der Anlage mit eigenem kleinen Nichtschwimmerbecken mussten wir 1-2 Minuten gehen. Dort waren auch Liegen vorhanden. Der Pool war sauber und machte einen guten Eindruck (s. Katalogbilder).
Ein Mietwagen ist ein absolutes muss, da die Anlage ein paar Kilometer oberhalb von Sa Rapita gelegen ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ca. 10-15 Autominuten entfernt in Campos, kleinere Supermärkte und Laden auch in Sa Rapita.Die Anlage eignet sich auch als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge.
Der Kontakt erfolgte über die Vermittlungsagentur. Wir haben die Anzahlung direkt an den Eigentümer gezahlt und die Restzahlung vor Ort geleistet. Die Abwicklung war einwandfrei und der Kontakt vor Ort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
In der Nachbarschaft der Anlage werden zwar noch weitere Ferienhäuser/-anlagen gebaut, wovon jedoch keinerlei Belästigung ausging (Baustopp? Sommerpause?).

Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert und eine gute Alternatve für diejenigen, die All-Inclusve mit vorgeschriebenen Essenszeiten und immerfröhliche Partyanimation im Urlaub nicht vermissen...

Was die Baumassnahmen angeht arbeiten wir "Hand in Hand" mit dem Bauunternehmer zusammen und werden weit vorher über geplante Baumassnahmen informiert. WIr können daher absolut sicher eine Lärmbelästigung für bestimmte Phasen im Jahr ausschliessen und geben diese Information auch so an unsere potentiellen Mieter weiter! Während der gesamten Sommersaison sind, laut den gesetzlichen Vorschriften der Balearen, sowieso SÄMTLICHE Baumassnahmen absolut untersagt! Dies garantiert allen Sommerurlaubern einen absolut ungestörten Aufenthalt!

Sollten für einen angefragten Urlaubszeitraum Baumassnahmen mit eventueller Lärmbelästigung abzusehen sein bieten wir im Vorfeld der Buchung Alternativzeiträume oder entsprechende Rabatte an.

einfach rundum gelungen

Uns wurde unsere Unterkunft 2 Tage vor Reiseantritt storniert und ich hatte nur einen Samstag lang Zeit, mich um eine neue Unterkunft zu kümmern. Schock.
Ich fand dann nach stundenlanger Suche endlich diese Unterkunft. Ich rief die Nummer an und hatte eine nette Dame am Apparat und sie half mir sofort und war wirklich bezaubernd.
Sie hat sofort alles organisiert und uns eine Wohnung direkt am Pool reserviert. Ich war erleichtert.
Dann kamen wir am nächsten Tag an und es begann ein wundervoller Urlaub. wir wurden herzlich empfangen und uns wurde die Wohnung gezeigt, alles war klar. Die Wohnung direkt am Pool war wahnsinnig klasse. Sie war sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Badezimmer sind großzügig, wir haben uns allemann wohl gefühlt.
Wir werden wiederkommen. Haben nichts zu bemängeln.
Danke für alles !!!!
Der Pool ist wunderbar. Auch grade, wenn man mit kleinen kindern da ist. Unsere beiden (3 und 4) haben nicht genug davon bekommen.
