Smooth sailing!

We were four friends from Norway going to Cape Town for the Christmas holidays and new years celebration. We staid for a week. We had a pretty tightly packed schedule for the week including: road trip to Cape point including Bulder's beach, Simon's town, Camps bay, Hout bay ++. Tour of the Winelands, Shark diving at Bansaii, hiking from Kirstenbosch botanical gardens to Table mountain, hiking Loin's head and new years celebrations at The pot luck club (hands down the best meal I ever ate. 18 courses!). Thus, it was important we didn't encounter problems with our booking of the apartment that would screw thing up. Fortunately it was all smooth sailing.

We don't have a single complaint in regards to owner or the apartment. We were concerned the apartment wouldn't live up to our expectations after seeing the pictures, but when we arrived we were amazed! The apartment was a clean, spacious two storey apartment with all utilities like dishwasher, washing machine, WI-FI, TV, air condition etc. The apartment had a fresh/trendy interior, but the most spectacular thing about it was it's three verandas overlooking the city and Table mountain.

The apartment is centrally located, just a few meters from Long street where one can find bars, restaurants and shops- and it was easy getting taxies in order to explore other locations.

The owner was more than easy to deal with, and was wery service minded. He was easy to get a hold of via mail or telephone in case of any questions we might have. Signing contracts, payments and getting deposit returned were all without complications.

I would easily recommend this apartment to my friends and family.

In der Tat das schönste Ende der Welt

Die Wohnung hält was sie verspricht. Die Lage ist perfekt in den Innenstadtbereich eingekleidet. Gerne – auch mehrfach – angesteuerte Ziele sind problemlos zu Fuß oder mit Taxis zu erreichen. Auch das Parken eines Mietwagens ist dank der Parkmarshals völlig unproblematisch. In der Nacht sind die Straßenzüge um die Wohnung durch öffentlich gestelltes Personal gesichert. Auch die Herren am Security Desk im Eingangsbereich erscheinen sehr souverän. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Nach nur wenigen Tagen stellt sich ein Gefühl von „nach Hause“ kommen ein – auch nach traumhaften Ausflügen in das wunderbare Hinterland mit seiner einzigartig offenen Weinkultur.
