Swiss Beauty

Idyllic location beneath the Eiger surrounded by picturesque Swiss scenery. Ski-in / Ski-out was perfect and 100m from two amazing restaurants for evenings. Modern, clean and functional inside.

Beautiful view, close to the nature

December is very cold for us, but the view is fabulous. The flat is nice and clean, but a bit small for family of 5.

A small piece of heaven

The flat is very well equipped, comfortable, clean and the view from the balcony is stunning. We spent every evening of our stay sat on the balcony, listening to the chirping of the crickets, tinkling of (goat) bells, and even being serenaded by the family (who are very talented and musical) while they were practicing. The location of the property was very easy to find, and it is well placed for visiting lots of local attractions (First, Mannlichen etc), and the bus/train links are very good for visiting places further afield. We have already booked again for next year and are very much looking forward to it already. We really will try and learn some more German for next time around :)

A beautiful rental property in the most gorgeous setting right under the north face of the Eiger, truly amazing views all round and lovely comfy seating on the balcony to enjoy them. The village bus [free with our guest card] ran hourly past the front door and took us to Grindelwald and the train or bus to where ever we wanted to visit. We had a hire car but didn't use it for the entire 2 weeks. Walks from the top of the cable cars and gondola lifts in Grindelwald were so beautiful, flowery slopes and snowy mountains where ever you looked. But probably the best thing about this property was the Steuri family themselves who couldn't have been more hospitable and charming, and they make DELICIOUS cheese! Absolutely recommend this place, five stars .

Beautiful apartment

Our stay here was perfect. The views from the balcony are incredible and the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Grindelwald has so much going on, and there’s lots to do in the surrounding area. The apartment had everything we needed and more! Thank you so much for our stay, we had an amazing time.
