The villa has just been updated and newly furnished. In three bedrooms and with two big sofa beds it easily sleeps ten. The house offers about 2100 square feet of living space. The garden is approximately 10000 square feet and offers LOTS of space for entertaining! You won't find anything else with that much outdoor space in SE Florida! Among the palm trees and the tropical banyan tree there is plenty of natural shade and lots of sun as well. Enjoy lying on the chaise lounge and watch the ships sailing by in the canal. Or have fun with the new active 3D-TV! The beach is very close as well as all the shops, restaurants, cinema, tennis, golf and horseback riding. The villa is an ideal holiday destination all year round.

Welcome to this freshly updated waterfront villa. It is a luxury 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Pompano Beach, Florida, with a beautiful large private garden and natural shadows from banyan and palm trees, heated pool and covered patio area with outdoor dining for 10 and a BBQ grill. The master suite overlooks pool and offers a king size top bed and en-suite bathroom. There is a second king bedroom and a queen bedroom. The spacious living area offers two big sofas which are convertible into beds, a TV and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The very large garden invites the children to play and adults to relax - you won't find that much space anywhere else. You have a beautiful view over the garden, the pool, the tropical vegetation to the private dock on the canal. Thanks to its proximity to the sea you have always a slight breeze. The pool can be heated.

By car you are at the beach in three minutes. Shopping for food and clothes is just around the corner. You want to do sport fishing? A nice provider is a few houses further up the canal. Also, tennis, golf and horseback riding are nearby. It takes you a short time to get at the port for cruise ships or at the airport in Fort Lauderdale. To trendy Miami there are only 40 miles. Numerous restaurants and bars also in Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton to relax and enjoy. Cinema and a casino are also nearby.

Home was very comfortable for 7 of us and a child. 2 bedrooms on one side and another bedroom on other side of home with private access. Kitchen was lovely. Property was clean and the location was great and near to many convenient necessities. We did meet George (Maintenance person) at the beginning of the stay and at the the end for some maintenance issues. He was very kind and responsive to our needs. Claude was very kind also with trying to resolve some pool issues, We were allowed to extend our stay for an additional night. The back yard is beautiful and the pool was fun! The yard is fenced, a great asset when you have small children. The screen door from the screened in porch leading to the back yard has a latch and lock up high, so children cannot access entry to the outside alone. We enjoyed our vacation as a family and hope to return one day. Thank you!
