Mountain view high-quality, lovingly furnished, lush landscaped garden

The Casita del Sol is located separately from the main house on a large estate in Santa Maria with a magnificent view of the Tramuntana mountains, surrounded by almond and orange trees and a large garden. The house is perfect for two people and was completely renovated in 2011 and refurbished. The modern interior is designed loft-like. Large windows ensure a light-filled ambience. From the living room a staircase leads to the rear of the house, where a large water basin with fish to the house borders. Off the living area is the open kitchen with dining area and bathroom are located directly behind it and the sleeping area with a king size bed for two people. A front terrace offers views of the orange groves and greenery. The very large pool (6 by 12 m) with sun beds is slightly elevated at the front of the property. The mountains and Palma and beaches are within easy reach, ideal base for exploring the entire island.

The 4,500 inhabitants of Santa Maria enjoys a picturesque location at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. Always rest stop on the way north to reach today easily accessible via the nearby motorway both Palma and Inca as well as some beaches. The beautiful village has a complete infrastructure with supermarkets and a variety of ethnic restaurants, bars, cafes and culinary highlights. The well-known winery Macia Battle headquartered here and is ideal for wine tastings. The Casa de la Villa, the town hall from the 17th Century is certainly well worth seeing as the Baroque church of Santa Maria from the Middle Ages, with its beautiful blue-tiled belfry. The monastery church of Conventos de los Minimos is located in the city and is surrounded by numerous restaurants.

The place is known for its art of weaving. Every Sunday in Santa Maria instead of a traditional market, a good opportunity to local products at reasonable prices to buy.

  • The bedroom is through the walls of the bathroom easily separated from the rest of the casita, but has no lockable door. There is the possibility of an extra bed, but here is no separate room available for. Cot and high chair provided to you when you need it free of charge. From the bedroom there is a direct access to the front terrace.

Notes:
Below the pool is covered, a foosball table and a ping pong table that can be used by the guests happy. The main house on the property is separate and opposite the Casita del Sol and is rented year round. The very large pool is a community pool and is also used by the residents of the main house and the owners of the estate. The area around the Casita del Sol with private terrace, however, is exclusively available to the guests, only the pool area is a common area.
