Our charming villa is located on the outskirts of the picturesque Carvoeiro, in a very quiet area.

The house is surrounded by a well-tended garden. The plot is about a garden gate and walked on.

Over two levels are spread over three Doppekschlafzimmer, one with 2 single beds, 2 beautiful bathrooms, a separate guest toilet and a fully equipped new kitchen. The open living area with fireplace is bright and comfortable. Large sliding glass doors lead from here to the partly covered main porch with a cozy recliner. From the elevated porch steps lead down to the garden and swimming pool with its sun terrace.

On the roof of the house there is a roof terrace with a BBQ place and a further dining area, this time in the open air. This terrace is ideal for the long, warm summer nights and invites you to get together.

The picturesque Carvoeiro is good in a few minutes walking distance. The site offers a very large and diverse selection of national and international culinary delights, nice cafes

Carvoeiro is the international airport 'Aeroporto de Faro about 45 minutes drive away. The nearest railway station is just 8 km away. For those travelers interested in sports Carvoeiro offers three golf courses, several tennis courts, dive shops and a gym. An equestrian center is located in the immediate vicinity of the place. Water Sports fans can pursue their hobby in this holiday region almost throughout the year. The year round mild climate in Carvoeiro is ideal for the winter. In addition, the high cliffs protect the beaches of the resort from the wind. Thus, the swimming and sunbathing in the wintertime.
