Schagen is a popular seaside resort on the North Sea coast. The villa 'Zeeweg 16' (architect Rietveld) is detached and has a wonderful location in the beloved Zeeweg in Schagen, quiet but centrally located within walking distance from the beach. The villa has several living areas - it is set up for max. 10 people with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms Layout: entrance hall with stairs up and down, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dining area with 2 tables, sunny living room with fireplace, the living room leads to the terrace and large garden. On the 1st Floor there is a bathroom with shower and basin, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms, located on the 2nd Floor is another bathroom with bath / shower, 2 sinks, toilet and the master bedroom with views of the beautiful nature area 'het Zwanenwater'. The bottom floor 2 more bedrooms, a laundry room with washer and grossser a 3rd Bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet. The garden is large and oriented south. Schagen is a former fishing village and one of the few resorts in the province of North Holland, which lie directly on the beach. The center exudes atmosphere with its shops, restaurants and cafes, sociable 'terraces. For the sports enthusiasts there are numerous possibilities: swimming, fishing, horseback riding, tennis, squash, cycling and hiking. In the immediate vicinity of the village is a large part of the dunes to the nature reserve "Zwanenwater". This consists of dunes, swamps, lakes and woods about 550 hectare nature reserve is home to the largest colony of spoonbills in Europe, along with herons, silver and Sturmmöven. The dune belt in the center, however, is narrow and you're instantly on the beach. The beach stretches for miles in both directions. On the outskirts of the beautiful Callantsoog Zijpener polder landscape begins with typical northern Dutch farmhouses, windmills, and the best fishing spots.
