300 days of sunshine!: With over 300 days of sunshine every year, Marbella and Puerto Banus are the perfect holiday destinations. Both of the towns are within walking distance. (each 0,5 miles) Senorio de Marbella is ideally located for restaurants, night life and designer shopping. By car you easy travel to some of the nearby small mountain towns for a romantic experience and visit.
stunning gated complex with fab grounds and pool. apartment was fully loaded with everything. terrace was very big and wonderful. wireless internet throughout. location very central but quiet.owners very helpful and friendly, we will definitely return to this apartment.
Our 3th time is this apartment and it was again wonderful!! The apartment and complex are all you can wish for in a holiday. The apartment is nice and well equipped and has all the facilities for small children. The complex is great and has a good restaurant. Within a 5 minute drive you are either in Porto Banus or the old town of Marbella.
I would surely recommend it to everybody!
The apartment is located near the 'Golden Mile', on the midpoint between Marbella and Puerto Banos.
This general area is known as Istan and enjoys some of the most beautiful architecture on the coast with both Spanish and Moroccan influences. From Malaga airport you will drive in approximately 35 minutes on the E15/A7 motorway. (exit 181b) You can also use the coastal road (N340). The beach is in a walkable distance and there are buses to Marbella town and Puerto Banus next to the development area.
