More information about the Par 3 Golf Hole: A golfer's dream! The 80-yard Par 3 golf hole in the front yard enables guests to practice chipping at home. The fairway is lined with a cactus garden and there are garden chairs and a cocktail table for observers to enjoy morning coffee or happy hour while taking in the breathtaking desert sunsets. Please note: only sand wedges are permitted to be used. We also ask that you tee up on the turf mat provided to preserve our precious grass. No divots allowed.

This is also a perfect place to let your pets run around! Since the entire property is gated and fenced, your pets can roam the grounds freely amongst the quail and bunnies that live on our grounds.

More information about the Resort-style Backyard: Truly an entertainer's paradise, the main patio (approx. 3000sf) features a sparkling, heatable diving pool surrounded by lush foliage and palm trees. Three of the bedroom suites have French doors that open directly to the pool patio. There is an outdoor bar, sink and a built-in stainless steel gas BBQ grill. The centerpiece of the patio is a Mexican stone fountain and the cozy fireplace area has dining for 4. The larger patio table seats 8 for dining, and the remaining furniture can accommodate plenty more people! The 8-person spa is the ideal place to relax and unwind at the end of a long day.

Pool and Spa settings are all automated.

our group has rented houses like this for group retreats all over the country for 22 yrs. now.

this was far and away the best facility and location we have rented. anybody that rents

this will not be disapointed.

This is the second year that our family has stayed at this fantastic property for our annual Spring Training trip. As with last year, it did not disappoint. Jamie took great care of us and warmly welcomed us to the house. She also walked through any changes and made sure we were comfortable with the entertainment system.

There was plenty of room for the 12 of us as well as friends who popped in for dinner and to hang out. The pool table, patio, and par 3 hole made it hard to leave and actually were great due to the weather during our stay.

This location is centrally located to everything we needed to get to, but far enough that you don't get the noise and congestion. We are already talking about our trip out next year and hope to stay here again.

Our group has been traveling to Scottsdale for 8 years now. We are always looking for great accomodations, with enough beds and amenities to keep all of the guys happy. We were warmly met by Jamie at our arrival, to walk us through all of the intricacies of the home (stereo system, tv, a/c etc.). After spending a week there I can say, This house rocked! We loved the pool and diving board (many contests were held). The bedrooms made it nice to slip away and catch a quick nap in the day and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great when we wanted to go out on the town as well. I think we may have finally found a home we can come back to year after year!

Our group has been traveling to Scottsdale for 8 years now. We are always looking for great accomodations, with enough beds and amenities to keep all of the guys happy. We were warmly met by Jamie at our arrival, to walk us through all of the intricacies of the home (stereo system, tv, a/c etc.). After spending a week there I can say, This house rocked! We loved the pool and diving board (many contests were held). The bedrooms made it nice to slip away and catch a quick nap in the day and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great when we wanted to go out on the town as well. I think we may have finally found a home we can come back to year after year!
