Idyllic, quiet, and accommodating, this beautiful executive home has 80 feet of no bank waterfront right on Puget Sound. Located a short 10 minutes to SeaTac Airport, or 20 minutes to either downtown Seattle or Bellevue, you'll spend less time commuting and more time unwinding in the amazing surroundings that lie just outside your back door.

The residence has an open floor plan with a large river rock fireplace on the main and sound views from every room. Relax by firelight on window seats in the great room or outside on the sun-filled wrap around deck. The upstairs master is warm and inviting and features a second river-rock fireplace with its own private balcony. The bedroom on the main floor has a door leading out to the expansive deck and is an ideal space for guests or a quiet home office.

The kitchen opens onto the great room and is stocked for all your entertaining needs. There is also a gas BBQ on the deck for those nights that you just want to come home and throw something on the grill.

Shopping, bus lines, and the LightRail into Seattle are just minutes away.

The recently reopened Three Tree Point Store is within 100 feet of the house and offers a delightful setting to enjoy your morning coffee, quiche or pastries; afternoon sandwich or evening win bar.

Miles of sand for beach combing, waterways for kayaking & rowing, and pristine inlets for scuba diving & fishing. Hiking and biking trails abound. Breathtaking views of the Olympic Mountains, Vashon and Bainbridge Islands, and North Puget Sound. Whether you're an avid outdoor enthusiast or desire more quiet moments reading on your private wrap around porch, this is the place for you.

Owner prefers Minimum of 5 to 14 day stay but is somewhat flexible for longer-term stay. Minimum of 5 days required. If summer dates are blocked, it may be possible to adjust our family schedule to meet your schedule. Feel free to inquire.

Whoa! What a beautiful beach house!

I’m so glad we stayed at the Three Tree Point beach house. It was everything that I expected and more. Panoramic view of the Puget Sound was amazing. We could see the ferries ⛴️ from a perfect distance going across back and forth. The view of the snow capped mountains were breathtaking. Just imagine waking up to a gorgeous view of all the above. My coffee tasted so much better ☕️ everyday. The short distance to the beach was perfect. Although my husband was unable to walk to the beach. He preferred the view from the deck. Plus, his personal compact scooter made it to the entrance of the house. Which we learned later he could’ve just use his walking cane. My husband and I often travel to Seattle to visit our son, daughter in law and granddaughter. They live in SW Seattle and the commute was only 16 minutes away. We purposely flew in to celebrate our granddaughter’s 4th Birthday. We didn’t want to miss it! We were happy to have found a precious jewel 💎 in Three Tree Point. We highly recommend this gorgeous place. You have my 5 stars ⭐️ I hope we get a chance to come back soon. ❤️ Thank you, Cristina for always staying in touch.

Our family has had this property since the 1950s. We have all spent our summers enjoying family beach time on this property. Prior to 1991, we had a small little family cabana down on the waterfront. This house was built to accommodate a growing family and we hope you can enjoy it as much as we have.

Why they chose this property

This is a truly one of a kind beachfront home. Historically, Three Tree Point was a community of summer houses that Seattle lights travel to on the weekends. Now 3 Tree Point is a bedroom community where in people commute back to Seattle for work.
