this was my second stay at Playa Kaan & it was delightful as was before. i would definitely stay there again & i have recommended this condo many times to friends and family. Great place, great location, nice & relaxing! great pool!

This condo is just perfect. Fantastic location. Quiet, and totally meets every need. Chris was quick to reply to any questions, and the property mangers on site were top notch. Don't hesitate to book this condo for your next trip to Playa.

Lovely, clean and comfortable accommodation ideally located in a quiet area within walking distance of the beach, the lively Fifth Avenue and a supermarket (Walmart). We are a family of four (with two teenagers) and found the condo easily accommodated us. It is indeed a ‘home from home’ (as stated in the owner’s description) and the photos on the website give a true representation of the accommodation (it is as nice as it looks!) The condo has everything needed for a great vacation and is well equipped for self catering. The pool offers a great way to relax in the hot afternoons and the efficient air conditioning is very welcome. The owner was very helpful as was the local agent and the facility to pay by credit card was very convenient for us. We would certainly recommend this condo and would definitely return should we have the opportunity to travel to Playa del Carmen again.

My family and I just returned from our Mexican vacation and our one week stay at Casa Paraiso del Caribe, and we couldn't have chosen a better place for our stay than this lovely condo. The condo is centrally located, comfortable and well equipped. It is quiet, clean, well maintained and very secure. The management staff in Playa was great and very accomodating. I would recommend this property for a great Mexican getaway and memorable vacation. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner and we look forward to staying at Casa Paraiso del Caribe again in the future. Thank you Chris!

My family and I spent 2 weeks here in July 2010. The condo was everything and more than we expected. Perfectly clean, great location and great staff. We also felt perfectly secure at all times. I would recommend this place to anyone and I hope to return soon.
