Nice location

Watching whales on the lanai was great. Location was wonderful. Interior is okay. Could use a few more towels and kitchen amenities (blender, more gadgets, etc) and I wish the AC went a few degrees cooler. Bed was comfy. The host was pleasant to email with. The housekeeper never showed up despite texting a few times but in the wake of the recent tragedy on Maui we didn't worry about it.

Location, location, location! We love Napili Bay and being able to enjoy the view from our balcony was great. It was peaceful as well.

Napili Getaway

Had a great time! Excellent location, clean and well equipped. Sunsets, whales, beach chairs and umbrella. Everything you need. Can’t wait to return! Don’t forget breakfast at the Gazebo.

The couch/bed were the worst

For the price updates are needed. Provide a decent couch to sit on. Ran out of TP and there’s no recycling? The wood blinds were very dirty same with the walls and drapes. The jacuzzi was dirty this time and why not heat the pool by the Gazebo? Turn it into another jacuzzi

Why they chose this property

We went to Maui in our early twenties and stayed in Kihei and became hooked on Maui. The next time we stayed at Napili Shores and thought the location was much closer to things such as Lahaina. We sold once and when we decided to buy again we couldn't find anything that compared to Napili Shores. In all we have owned 40 years.
